Impossible to get a person on the phone. Voice response system doesn't offer the choice to speak to a person in the branch. I just have a simple question - do you provide Notary Public services at the branch? Also, the drive-up ATM is out of service a great deal of the time.

The worst bank tellers. They leave the customer standing in the window for any little thing. Is like they have to go ask someone else in the back. Please train your employees.. bunch of knuckle heads..

I don’t know about friendly staff here @ this branch tho. This teller kaitlyn franco was rude to us. She needs to be friendly to customers and show respect but she’s too proud to even look at you in the eyes. She also lacks carisma.I tried calling the branch a few times after we left but no one answer at all. I didn’t see a manager inside while we were in there.Retrain this proud teller.

Started new business account ,enrolled in quick accept to take card payments , bank holding 10k in customer payments with no excuse for delay. 7 day hold. They publicly advertise same day deposit if before 8pm eastern time. 3 day new account risk assessment,ok ,3 day deposit side delay,what? Ok but it is 7 days now no info from their own company ,no info to me. I remember why chase sucks again . Closing account,giving it to another bank that can count.

Their drive up ATM is like McDonalds ice cream machine...ALWAYS BROKEN. If it is up it normally accepts cash but doesn't dispense. Chile take it out if I have to get out my car in the dead of night to use the ATM inside.

Worst banker at Dysart ofc. Tried to contact ofc, can't by phone. Customer Service poor. Have been trying to close my deceased mothers accts. for 2 mnths.

I called chase, hate the auto teller by the way, tried to speak to a person, and got hung up on, immediately. I'll change my review if they are satisfactory in person. Still can't give more than 3 stars, tho.

Tried to set my son’s child debit card pin on a join account between my wife and my mother in law’s account.Teller was rude and insisted that despite it being a joint account the only one who could reset the pin was the person who opened the account. Is my wife who is with clients all day and not my mother in law the joint account holder. My son who’s on the spectrum and had been looking forward to this day was crushed. Nice…

Called multiple times to get info on notary, was told I could go in anytime and get one with no wait time. Went into the bank and the lady upfront told us it would take anywhere from 45 min to who knows how many hours just to see the notary. Was very rude and short with us when we asked questions. Do not recommend going here for basic notaries…

This place is always closing for different reasons but at least twice for systems down . It's bad enough that they change their normal hours of operations but I had to go all the way to Litchfield Park Bank . They need to get a better bank manager
