“Ladies at front desk were very helpful! Best prices in the area by a long shot! Very clean facility, very safe, tons of cameras, as well as climate controlled storage units and more. Only recommendation is that more loading dollies be available for customers, right now there are only 3, had to wait about 20 minutes for one the other day but that’s my only suggestion.”

“I was referred to Rio Estrella Storage Solutions by my brother and my experience with the staff was supreme except for the one time I encounter the weekend staff (female) at the front desk, she was very rude and short with her answers when I asked a few questions, the next time I interacted with the same staff member her attitude was totally different much more professional.
