Drove over to the unit and my new storage unit was all ready for move in with my lock waiting for me. Met the manager in person and he was really friendly! Great experience and they had really great prices for my 5x15 unit!”
“Jessie was super helpful and very thorough. Explained everything and made sure I understood how to access the gates, the locks, the units and what I was renting. They have a variety of sizes and options and great specials. The place is also very clean and affordable. Definitely the best place I have ever rented a storage unit from. If you’re looking for a place that has options (air conditioning, drive-up, big, little, tall, wide, etc….) that is safe, friendly, clean and affordable, definitely check out Dollar Storage on Peoria and 43rd Ave.”

“Our experience with Extra Space Service (beginning when it was, if I remember correctly, Uncle Bob’s Storage) has always been excellent. The facility was conveniently located for us, clean, and efficiently run. My only comment might be the expense. It became quite costly. Thank you for allowing me to share my comments.”
“We hired A Wise Move to load our 28ft commercial trailer going several states away. The loading crew was efficient and worked fast for the AZ temps that day. 1) They did an outstanding job filling the big trailer floor to ceiling so well that we used less space than anticipated. 2) When the load arrived at our new home the moving crew (a different company) said it was the best loading job they had has ever seen. 3) Nothing was damaged or even dinged!”
“I have been a customer of Life Storage for over a year now. I would like to say that the customer service skills and the Business skills that your employees possess are outstanding. The person that stands out the most within this company is Crystal. Crystal is amazing, always there to laugh & with a smile on her face the entire time. Crystal is beyond amazing helpful very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had & helped me to get storage. She was extremely helpful throughout. She gave me great tips and even showed me the unit before I purchased it. The unit is very clean & smells good. Customer service goes a long way and she was amazing! All Companies need employees like her. Glad I choose this location. I would definitely recommend Life Storage to anyone.”

“If I was reviewing Richard alone, it would be 10 stars! BUT apparently when you sign up your rate increases significantly after the first month or two.
After speaking with Richard I learned that page 14 of the rental agreement (LOL) says that if you book online, it's a promotional offer that increases quickly.
Life/Extra Space Storage: WHY on earth do you need to be so shady?!? Just be forthright. X amount for the first x months and X moving forward. Instead, I felt like I was at a used car dealership. So unnecessary. And feels even greasier since you have our possessions.
Well, Richard, being who he is, honored the price and I prepaid all of the remaining months. Win-win. Needless to say, he was not the least bit surprised by my feedback. Thank you Richard, for being so lovely and turning a tacky experience, positive!”
“I can't believe I'm writing a review of a self storage place, but here we are. We originally found this place because of their good prices and location. Since then, we have discovered the extraordinary efforts these managers take to know their costumers, build community, and give back to local charities. The prices, ease of access, and location here are great, but the managers may be even better.”

“Such a great storage company! The staff is fantastic and try’s to be accommodative. Very clean inside and the security is great. I’m a single women so going in the evenings can be worrisome at some places but I’ve never felt unsafe there. Staff has always been kind and friendly.
