Negative stars perhaps? this post office in the last few years has been a lousy mess. I've gone and talked to them in person about my missing packages, and they lie to me or say they will look into it to no avail. They take no accountability for their incompetence and seem to have illiterate dyslexic workers that can't get numbers and addresses right. I order online, and when I receive confirmation that it's delivered, it's usually delivered to the wrong mailbox. Luckily, awesome neighbors have brought us our packages in the past. -⭐️

I absolutely HATE this bloody post office. My husband and I have been fighting to get our orders into OUR correct mail box for 5 freaking YEARS. We've been doing thier damn job for them! We receive everyone's mail, their bills, their amazon orders. I've had ENOUGH! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!

This post office has been SO helpful. We don’t have a mailbox yet as our house is being built, so they have been so helpful on holding my packages and making sure I get them. One of the ladies even remembered me from the day prior and said not to send my package back to the sender because our address is technically invalid right now. And she kept it to the side for me to pick it up!!! So thankful for the help these workers provide!!

Not satisfied with the customer service. Was annoyed that I was even there. Had an appointment at 2:30 for passport, said I had 10 min to fill out form stopped me after a few min and said my time is up I have to reschedule and wouldn't schedule my next one for me while I was there. I don't think they even deserve a 1 star.

Horrible customer service, staff is unprofessional and has no idea what is going on, and the manager, Steve, is rude, incompetent, lazy, and inconsiderate. They don't even have Saturday hours. Terrible post office. I recently moved to the area and requested a lock change on my mailbox. I placed the request on a Monday and was told the lock would be changed within 7 business days. I called to check on the status and was told the lock would not be changed until the following Friday, well over 7 business days from when I placed my request. I have not gotten my mail for over three weeks. They are holding my mail, but I cannot pick it up, because I have the kind of job that requires me to work 9 to 5 monday to friday and is not flexible. I work 50 minutes from this post office. This leaves me the choice of either losing money and risk angering my employer by taking unplanned time off to get my mail, or not getting my mail at all. By all rights, the lock should have been changed this past Friday, as I submitted the request last Monday, but due to these people's incompetence and irresponsibility I will have to wait another week to get my mail. Absolute nonsense.

Great place . Been to lots of USPS facilities in 6 years of having an online business. This one is easy and never a long line . Lorenzo is awesome - hope he stays!

Bad customer service. They said they had overnight delivery and would be there by Wednesday, paid $28.00 for that. I went in the next day to do the same thing, and the guy said we don't have overnight so just do priority which is $9.00 and be there in two days. So the first guy overcharged me for overnight that they don't even have. The lady in the back is really rude, she wouldn’t give me my money back and said no refund, no customer service experience at all. I have never experienced that at a post office before. Terrible.

I am so disgusted with the customer service I've received and the fact that I've had to take time off work to babysit your company and rude employee. The post office is only open M-F from 8 to noon. This is an EXTREME hardship on the post office customers who are working full time.Amazon delivered a package in an envelope containing a 10 x 8 book. I never received notice from the rude employee that this had been delivered and continued to check the mail on my way home from work EVERY DAY, after the post office closes, because those hours are soooo convenient for the customers that they are supposed to be SERVING...Finally, I took an early lunch break (time off work) so that I could waste almost a half tank of gas and make a visit to that very rude employee and find out why my book never made it into a locker so that I could collect my purchase... He argued that he put a note in my box (this has been 9 days!!!) that note never made it to me My question is, does he not have a protocol to review packages that have not been picked up?Can he not, AS A COMMON COURTESY, to the customers that they serve review these on a weekly basis and maybe move them to a box to be picked up by the customers who don't have the honor of conforming to your horrible customer service hours? Really? I am truly disgusted, I'm out almost an hour of work time, never got my lunch, too disgusted to eat and I've spent almost a half a tank of gas to be completely irritated and disgusted with your entire establishment.
