“It can be really hard if you have a car problem when you are on a trip. You don’t know the shops. If you find a good shop, they are busy and want you to make an appointment for next week. The bad ones have time for you, since the locals already know to avoid them. But yesterday I just got lucky. Sombrero is a very competent place, so they have plenty of business. I could see all the cars other customers had left. But when Ernest heard my story, he decided to take care of me first. I put on a timer when I left my car and he was finished in 47 minutes! I was again on my way and I was actually able to complete all three of my appointments in Phoenix and head home the same day. Thanks, Ernest, for saving my trip!
Not only was Ernest fast, but he bills in a very fair way for the customer. If you go to Auto Zone and your needed part is priced at $100, the shop can get that same part for maybe $80 because they are a high volume account. And when that part shows up on your bill when you check out, the invoice might charge you $160 or $200. Except for with Ernest; he charges you for his cost only, so you pay only the same $80 he paid.
Sombrero would definitely be my go to shop if I lived in Buckeye.”
“Best place to get a car without dealing with pressure, over-price, and upselling of dealerships. During my search for a fun but reliable car (but on a budget) I have had several conversations with the owners, and I have never had such great customer service and honesty. I highly recommend everyone buy at Adair Autos if they are on a budget (everyone I know) need a legitimate selection of cars to choose from (again, everyone) and especially those that are either finding a ride for their newly licensed driver, and those needing to get to work on time. They invest in the quality of their cars, not the content of facebook ads and slick talk. Bottom line, they have my trust.”

“After a bizarre battle between a skunk and my radiator fan, Valleywide Auto did an great job fixing my vehicle. While sadly the skunk did not survive, it exacted a final revenge by destroying my radiator and fan. Matt at Valleywide Auto graciously accepted my very stinky truck with no complaint and got me back up and running in less than 24hrs so I could make a scheduled work trip. Matt kept in touch on repair needs and cost through the entire process and the work was well done and affordable. He also helped me troubleshoot some additional questions on the truck. “Greatful for this little place. Always great honest service and reliable. Little guy doesnt talk much very reserved but im not much of a talker or entertainer but he gets job done. Since I've relocated here from Avondale I have to start over and find reliable good people. It's not fancy with a big nice billboard or a nice fancy seating area. It REAL, GOOD, HONEST work on vechile when you need. So glad we have. My family has had plenty of flats fixed. Hubby's truck and trailers and I with my Ford explorer.
