“If I could give 50 stars I would!! These guys used to work as mechanics at the Honda dealership and started their own business and boy am I glad they did. First you gotta understand, I work hard so my Honda can have a better life lol, she's 22yrs old so she needs regular doctor visits. That being said, these are my Honda guys. I tried to pay them for storage since my car was there a while, they told me keep your money just pay us when we fix it. They also let you get your own parts if you prefer and every single time I come across something I can't do on my own I bring it here and they do an incredible job!! I would not take my Accord anywhere else. These guys are honest, quick and hard working. They're a teeny bit pricey but it's quality work so it's worth it. Next time your Honda/Acura needs to go to the doctor bring it here, they will diagnose and get it fixed in no time, and you will find your new mechanics!!!”

After inspecting what appeared to be a good tire on one bike, noted it had cracks. “I was looking for a body shop to repair my vehicle from a recent accident. After visiting several shops in the area, and inquiring about their repair procedures, I was dismayed to find that they all used "After Market" parts to make the repairs. Being that my vehicle was a Ford Escape in excellent condition that I planned on keeping for many years, the thought of a repair using cheap parts was discouraging. Then I visited Sam's Auto Body in Deer Valley and spoke with the owner Mark. He advised me that they only use factory parts when possible due to the poor quality and fitment of many after market components. I knew I had found the shop I wanted... I appreciated the fact that Mark took the time to track down and order the genuine Ford parts, many of which had to be sourced from dealers around the country, and took a few weeks to be delivered. I was also impressed by the technician ( I think his name was Bill) who did the reconstructive work. (Nothing like having years of experience to provide quality work.) When I picked up the car after the repair, I couldn't believe my eyes! The car looked like it had just been driven out of the dealers showroom. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the paint matching was flawless. I don't think I could have found a better Body Shop than this. Hopefully, I will not need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, Sam's Auto Body will be my first stop! This is a true 5 star shop!”

“Previously, we had a cracked windshield on the car out here replaced through insurance by another auto glass company that advertises a lot on TV. (We had used this same company back home in the mid-west last year on another vehicle with a cracked glass, also through insurance. They came to the house twice and we took the car to them twice before we had a satisfactory resolution. Problems were caused by young, inexperienced personnel.) The replacement windshield that this same company installed out here, was apparently mounted too high up and allowed the wind to enter the car beneath the bottom edge of the glass. It was very loud at freeway speed. We took it to Blue Chip to get it redone with the idea that we would pay for a new glass if this one happened to break during the re-install which they indicated can happen. They were able to re-use the same glass, fortunately. They are very good. Bottom line, don't waste time looking around. Take it here. These guys know what they're doing. You will not be disappointed. Very professional and personable.”

“I have been here a total of three times and I have seen Hector Reyes every time. He is dependable always here before I arrive, which I get the earliest appointments when available. Making sure customers have refreshments and they put on movies for those who wait until their car is finished. What I really love about this location is that most of the men have integrity and a genuine pleasure for what they do. They have been honest and most car mechanics make it very hard to trust. The guys at Brakes Plus on 75th ave Lower Buckeye have been trust worthy even if it’s not what I want to hear but instead of taking my money they will let me know what would be the smartest move for me.I went in yesterday to have my spark plugs changed and when I got their I was greeted like always with care and kindness. They took my car back immediately and ran some testing which I had about 12 codes that pop up. They took me back their to see and told me that getting my spark plugs done would be a waste of time and money because the issue was with transmission, the computer module was malfunctioning and several other things. They told me it would be pricy but for my car not worth it, my car was a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SE 1.8 had it for 8 years and ran great until I took it to a reputable dealership which was Volkswagen dealer in Phoenix off of Camelback and I believe they intentionally did something to my car because it was a great car until I went to see them and then everything started to fall apart and malfunction, they even called to ask me if my car was still running and if I needed any services I told them how I felt but no reply like our dealership wouldn’t do that, the guy Shawn Church at Volkswagen just sounded desperate to get other bodies in there. So back to Brakes Plus, I wanted to be stubborn but the mechanic Ky really push the importance of how I would be making a horrible mistake so I decided to trust him. I saw that he loves what he does, he was confident and told me if I could to just purchase another car and recommend a Toyota saying they were made to last and they are great cars. So that’s what I did went to Larry Toyota and got me a 2024 with no down payment. God is good and I’m just great full because everybody that I spoke to on that specific day had my best interest and they were angels in disguise. Thank you Brake plus for all that you do and being trustworthy in a world full of crooks. This hard to come by so don’t stop. You may not get the recognition you all deserve but I know the Lord will bless you and your families. Keep up the hard work.”
