She was very patient, knowledgeable, diligent and very great at communicating the ins and outs of various processes that the bank has to offer. Without her persistence and dedication with helping me, I would've given up on obtaining my Personal Line of Credit! I will definitely refer any friend or family to this location!! 10 stars out of 5!! Keep up the great work!”

“Fantastic service, I have always enjoyed this branch, Delanie, and Ignacio, Roger, Esmeralda, and Jackie, Lillian, Josh they are always courteous and do not rush anyone along, I have not had any problems, their lobby is really nice and comfortable and clean if you need to sit and wait. I appreciate their courteous professionalism.”
“Zeke and Brenda were kind , understanding and really helpful with a credit card and account issue. They were able to fix a problem quickly that the Chase -Monroe branch could not. The Branch on Monroe was rude and disorganized.
My husband has terminal cancer. I’m grateful for their assistance and will only go to the Chase branch on Yuma and Watson , from now on.”
“I went to US Bank to follow up on a text message I received that I was skeptical about. The teller was super friendly and sent me over to Marina who was in one of the offices and available.
Marina was extremely friendly and knowledgable. She did her best to meet my needs, gave me her card and told me to call her if I had any future issues or concerns.
Not sure why all the negative reviews but based on my visit and experience today, I couldn't ask for any better customer service!”
“Going to the bank is not my favorite adult chore but today it was actually very enjoyable and it was all because of our banker! Yesi was so kind, funny, helpful and so very informative. She did her absolute best to help us with all our needs. This visit made me very happy we switched to Wells Fargo. The tellers there are also very helpful and friendly. But if you need more help then the tellers can give please ask for Yesi because she’ll makes sure you’re well taken care of.”

“Lovely staff. My debit card was compromised and they printed me a whole new card in the branch. The lady who helped me was an absolute doll. And the man beside her was also totally sweet. So glad my branch have such great tellers and bankers.”
