“Today i had the worst experience ever in this location that never had anywhere else.
I give this guys still 5⭐ just because i never had a bad experience before and i had more than 4 loans with them.
I went there today with a very proactive feeling to take a step forward do do something better for me and my family, had an appointment at 9:00am, went there before exactly on time and the mortgage loan gentleman Alexander shows up 9:15 just saying hi without apologizing directs me to the office and leaves me waiting and talking to someone else. At that moment i said if the time reaches 9:20 I’ll just leave, and that’s exactly what happened.
Alexander is supposed to be “The Great” not like this.

I knew Alexander was going to be great and that’s exactly what happened he called took not only responsibility but also took care of all the needs i had and guided me to the right people 🤩”

“I was a little disappointed today. I needed a new debit card issued today as my card was compromised by some joker. I went into the branch today to do this and was told by the teller to wait and my name would be called when the card was ready. Well, I waited and waited for quite awhile and no one ever called my name. I went up to the lady at the front desk and told her. She went back to the printer where my card had been sitting for quite sometime. She picked it up and admitted she did not check earlier. Had I not gone up to get information, I would have still been waiting. She apologized but it did not seem right and in my opinion should not have happened. By this time, the bank was not that busy.”

“We've been a customer since the Valley National Bank days, and have used this branch in Estrella since it opened. Banking here we get that "small town feel", we know the tellers, our banker, our investment banker, the branch manager before she retired, and they know us by sight. Such great service.”
“One of the bank tellers, Jake, is an outstanding worker. He always has a smile on his face and is happy to help, only one that really takes initiative to help whenever I go in to the bank, he is the most friendly! He has helped me with all my account issues/concerns and general transactions. Although Jake was really great, I am giving BMO bank itself a 4 star because I had Zelle issies through the BMO Bank App.
- When I Zelled my boyfriend rent money through BMO bank app, it said payment failed try again later but ended up withdrawing from my account twice although it never really sent any of the money to my boyfriend. BMO said they were having zelle connectivity issues, that it happened to multiple other customers as well, that the money will be in limbo but that it should bounce back to everyone’s account within the week. They couldn't do anything until then, I couldn't even withdraw cash out of my account or use my debit card being all my money was gone. Since it was the first of the month, I had rent and bills to pay like many others. I’ve never missed a payment before, when this happened I almost did. Fortunately I found a resolution myself outside of the bank so I made all my payments just in time. But i cant imagine how it would’ve been if I didn’t have a backup plan or how it turned out for the other customers. I did get my money back later that week but still upsetting that it happened in the first place, took that long to get my money back, and that it was our problem to figure out. So definitely wouldn't trust zelle thru the bmo bank app.”
“First Credit Union in Goodyear is personable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I love the vibe when I walk in! Melissa, branch manager, Suzanne and their staff members are so amazing! You can tell they like what they do and it’s a happy environment!”
“All of the tellers and management are very kind. Only issue (that is out of their control) is the company needs to pay people better so that there are more than 2 employees handling a very long line. Again, the employees are very nice and are doing as good as a job as they can. However, management or corporate needs to solve their manning issues.”
“What a great location. Greeted at door, offered water, directed to the correct teller. Line got big so they took resources from other areas and opened up more windows. Completed several non straight forward transactions very quickly and on the way out they asked if everything was taken care of and if I needed anything else. Held the door open for me. Actually a very pleasant transaction when I normally don't ever have anything but complaints about banks. My teller Reyna Ochoa was very pleasant professional and efficient.”

“I wanted to give a shout-out to the Relationship Banker Larissa. 2 years ago almost to the date, she was very helpful in helping with the start of my relationship with chase, helping me with both a credit card application and opening a checkings account. More recently, because of my previous experience, I scheduled my girlfriend less than a month ago to be seen by Larissa. She went above and beyond helping my girlfriend with the start of her chase relationship. When going through the credit card app. she was unfortunately denied. Larissa went as far as calling the reconsideration line with us to get the app. approved on the spot. Genuine Service and was beyond helpful!”

“I do not understand all the negative reviews for this Wells Fargo location. Stopped here when driving into the east valley. The only issue with the parking that I can see being a problem is being so close to the Walmart. I was able to park and go use the ATM. There was a line of about 4 cars waiting to use the drive thru one, so I used the walk up one. No issues here and no problems.”
