“I reserved a 20’ truck from this location. Property was very clean and easy to get in and out of. Upon arrival staff was quick to get me into the vehicle. I needed some extra time with the truck and staff had no issue extending my return time. Returning my truck during closed business hours was quick and easy as well.”

“I was redirected to this location after the original location near my house I was set to use failed to supply my rental truck and they were closed so I had no recourse. I was irritated as I had to drive further away and it wasn't convenient for us. I also had to rearrange my plans for what I needed the truck for. We ended up missing our turn into the location twice, because I didnt know it was the place with the metal art (Uhaul just gave me the address). I couldnt find a human, didn't know where the key was. My internet wasn't working well when I got there, and the location was closed. I was just wandering around the metal art stuff, aimlessly hoping I'd figure it out. I really didn't want to call Uhaul and sit on hold for another 20 mins (it was already an hour and a half past my original pickup time), so I took a chance and called the number listed on Google. To my surprise, someone actually answered the phone! I was quite frustrated with how things were going and my phone screen freezing on the Uhaul app. CICI TO THE RESCUE! She was my saving grace in my frustration! She checked me in on her end, and my phone finally started working to finish things up. She went above and beyond helping me when she really didnt have to, as it was past closing time, and persoanlly gave me the truck key!! I appreciate her so much! The truck we rented was brand new! Only 280 miles on it, and super clean and pretty! We picked up and dropped off within a few hours. Cici Saved my crumbling Uhaul experience! She was so sweet and kind. Thank you, Cici!! I would definitely recommend renting from Cici's Palo Verde location. Just know, its the turn with the dirt road and flags at the street. You'll likely have to make a u-turn if youre coming from the freeay. It's the metal art place! The truck key is locked on the gate to the left as you enter the property. The return key box is also on the gate, just to the right of the key boxes.”
