Just the two times I went there for Penske reservations(one for a car carrier and another for a 26ft box truck) he made the process smooth and easy. I definitely recommend Got Storage for anyone who wants excellence and decency in customer service.”

We had to downsize our storage unit and Kathy the manager was very easy to work with, made the change without a hitch. (Had to rent the new one on line, and had to call to have her unlock the new storage since we couldn’t make it on a day they are open.
I still disagree about the holiday closures, but that’s the corporate issue.

**They would get more stars if it hadn't been for what happened to me and others on Sunday. I drove 90 miles to get there. It's the closest storage that has climate control available for us.
We were unable to access our units because the gate was locked for HOLIDAY HOURS! ( found this later as the sun was on the keypad and couldn't read the issue)There was no holiday, I was able to get in because there was a guy that was already in. But then I couldn't access my inside unit and that was when I saw the holiday hours. So I was LOCKED INSIDE because you can't get in or out without your code! There emergency after hours sends you to the police dept! So I called them, they came out about 20 minutes later, they had a contact for after hours BUT NO ONE ANSWERED!! Meanwhile the guy that had come in had gone and we trying to figure out how to get me out. The guy luckily came back and I was able to leave. But there were several other people with the same issue.
Monday I get a call apologizing for the incident from Kathy the mgr, explaining they had entered the wrong date for the closure, they are closed all holidays.
So why the do they care if we go into in our units on holidays or not? They aren't there on Sundays (or obviously in case of emergencies) so why should holidays make any difference? It was either her or Frank the Dist mgr that said they want people to spend holidays with their families?!?? What?!? They now want to monitor people's family time? The whole incident was ridiculous, and they don't have any good reason for the holiday issue. If you want more access it's a very convoluted process which I am going to try to get authorization for.
I have never rented a unit that was closed for Holidays and am checking with another place down the street to see availability because THEY ARE NOT CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS.”

Went across the street to U-Haul where Heidi was able to quickly accommodate my needs with friendly smile ? ? The truck was clean and was easy to drive from Prescott to Peoria, AZ! Hooray!”

“Great place with helpful staff. Erica (mgr) was helpful and always there to assist staff to ensure we, as the customer, were well served. She gave us a hint and showed us how to use a particular lock on the back of the truck since it was tricky to get it to work. Check in and Check out was easy and very clear. Details were given so we knew what to expect. Cost ended up being less expensive than we planned! The young man that brought up the truck explained everything well and gave us very good suggestions about using the truck. Only feedback I would offer is that the person checking us in did not really have much knowledge about how the liability insurance worked. The staff should emphasize that your regular car insurance will NOT cover any damage to the truck or to others' property if there is an accident. I knew this from having been an auto claims adjuster in the past. Otherwise, very patient and professional staff and clean office and truck. We will recommend this location to others and use them again in the future.”

“Working with Bastian & Brady was wonderful. The Uhaul was prepped, ready and working at the time of pick up. Multiple team members entered to assist right away both days we visited. Bastian went the extra mile to assist us with a mishap that he noticed, and it really made us feel like people instead of a transaction. He would be a great leader if he's not already!
