I went yesterday and arrived on time for a prescheduled vaccination appointment. I was greeted and told to scan th qr code to check in. Which I had already done. I sat there for 20 minutes. One person came in to pick up a prescription. The UPS guy came in. That's it. No one there at all. And the 2 pharmacist just chatting away as I sit there. So I left. No sooner get in the car and Walgreens is calling. I didn't answer. 3 hrs later I get an email saying my appointment was canceled. Really? And it says go online to reschedule. Which I did, but not at this store. Thanks for wasting my time you two pharmacist at Walgreens on Southern Ave in Buckeye Arizona

I really like the Pharmacy Techs & The Pharmacist at this location
They are very nice, helpful, friendly yet professional! It really isn't their fault that the automated system really has no clue if your prescriptions are ready or not. And that is the reason I gave a 4 star.

Have yet to go to a friendlier Walgreens. I just moved to Buckeye and needed batteries & a case of water. Multiple staff members greeted me and a lady staff member helped me with bringing my water to the car (since I had my son with me). Ppl still do care at work!

Where to start? This pharmacy is very unorganized with boxes and bags all over the floor, and yes, we can see from the drive through window. Ive only ever been treated with respect by the actual pharmacist and one tech, rest of the techs are extremely rude and speak over you when you are trying to talk. They will call you saying your prescriptions are ready, when you show up to pick them up they will get angry and say you don’t have any prescriptions for pickup and have to schedule them at that moment. Then they will tell you the time to return for said prescriptions, and when you do, they won’t be ready and they angry at you once again as if it’s your job to fill them. They have also lost medications on multiple occasions to include refrigerated meds, a huge red flag for a pharmacy. I’ve only been lucky twice to get them to fill “lost meds” in that very moment. Other times they tell me they are now out of that medication and I have to wait for their next delivery. They have charged me out of pocket when I have provided my insurance info multiple times, same exact insurance. I’ve had them try to give me less medication than what was prescribed and had to call them out on it as well. Another issue has been them telling me I’m out of refills on multiple occasions for different meds, only for my Dr to have to send more and then later find out I did in fact have refills left over. When an actual pharmacist checked my account they found multiple prescriptions for the same meds with refills still available. All the pharmacy issues have caused my treatment to be all over the place and landed me in the hospital due to being out of meds. Save yourself the stress,
potential extra trips and expenses. Go somewhere where the staff knows what they are doing, they are organized, and you are being treated with respect. If they are understaffed they need to hire more people and stop taking it out on the customers/patients who just need their meds.
