I live in Golden Valley AZ, the service sucked. It was down as much as it was up. Then they raised my rate 3 times in one year without giving better service. So, I found a company that offered much higher speeds at $25 less and change companies. Then the real nightmare started, they didn't tell me that they weren't going to prorate the last month, which I only used 6 days of. And wanted to charge me for a modem I got a year ago that was swapped out with the one that I sent back to them. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

It was the worst internet experienced that I ever had in my life. Not only are they rude disrespectful. I was paying for internet that I never got. I paid for 5 g and only got two and a half. And then when I confronted them about it. They simply just asked me if I wanted to change companies. This is not a company they're scam artists

I had wonderful customer service support. Tech that came out and installed internet to my apartment went above and beyond to hook me as I explained the nightmare I had with optium which was the most unprofessional company I have ever seen they are a scam stay away from them and they are not worth the money. Never ending issues with optium. Frontier eliminated that once and for all. Customer service support was very professional.superb customer service.. ty frontier.Very pleased customer. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. They have raised my rates 3 times in the last year. I now pay double the amount of any other service. On top of that the internet is almost always out. When it does work, you can only use one device at a time. This is literally the worst service available. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

For Golden Valley, it sucks. But then again, so does the others. Frontier is down as much as it up. They never show an outage unless you call. When you do call, you are going to get a person that doesn't live in the US.

My Internet was down more than it was on. At times I was down for a week. And a lot of times it would be down an hr or so all the time I finally gave up with them and canceled.

They deserve negative 5 stars if you ask me. Billed us The same day we canceled service for an additional month and refused to remove the charge. Added $4 extra dollars to the bill, we asked what it was for, and the rep. Said it was an estimate and didn't know what for! What on earth!?! They refused to correct the bill. Underhanded company in my opinion!!!Absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with! We will never use them again!!!!

I don't like to leave negative reviews, or talk bad about anyone, or any company. But I have dedicated the time to write this review because people should know what I have learned from personal experience about Frontier Communications for your internet provider.The internet is slow; upload speed forget about it. At times the internet will not work at all. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Also, the bill keeps going up. Started at $34.95 now it's $64.95 a month. When you call to speak with a customer service representative when your internet goes down, or when your bill goes up, which I can guarantee it will.You will then spend 20 minutes dealing with the automated system before you either give up completely, or end up getting a foreigner, probably from the Philippines with broken English to attempt to assist you.When the internet goes down you could wait days before they resolve the problem.Also be prepared as they will absolutely nickel and dime you to death. This company will charge you just to receive a bill in the mail. If you decide to cancel, they will charge you a cancelation fee, and a restocking fee.Very frustrating company to do business with. When shopping for an internet provider please BEWARE. I would absolutely not recommend Frontier Communications to anyone.Sincerely,Adam

Horrible experience!! Call and get a appointment for service the second you internet is not working properly!! My service was not working properly for 2 months......They credited me for 7 days , because that is when they actually gave me a appointment, for a tech to come to my home.Customer service talks forever and says nothing!! Very bad English!! My internet did not work properly for 2 months. They could see it on there part but because they only gave me a appointment a week ago, after countless calls over the prior months they gave me 7 days credit. Horrible business and help line . No one speaks English and they repeat themselves continually. The service itself is ok ,when it works. They also increased bacis service by 20$ since March. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT HONEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT!!!!!

I didn’t even want to give 1 star! Most horrible service provider ever!!! Internet and phone down for days at least once a month! Then calling their CS overseas is horrible! Passed off many times to different agents. Never resolved many of my issues. I now have consumer cellular home base landline and Route 66 internet, they work great and customer service is top notch from USA!!!
