I was a customer from the time Frontier was Citizens and for many years was well pleased, but the last 5-6 years the service has deteriorated. Trying to cancel my account was a nightmare and they are still sending me bills. I am so glad I switched to Allo.

Services crap and And anything you do you get transferred to someone across the world that can't speak English That is no help I don't even have a store in my town to return stuff Or to go in and pay my bill or to go talk to someone to get help that I need

The place is closed. Service is horrible. Verizon bought them out or whatever and just really bad customer service on the phone. Took me 2 months and four different people to get things right.
