“I was traveling with my boat from Lake Powell back to Phoenix. I was able to see some sparks and saw that the dust cap on the wheel had exited the wheel. I was able to pull off on General Crook trail and saw there was an Auto Zone only 1.5 miles down the road. I was able to limp the trailer to their parking lot and was able to get the bearings I needed in at 7:30AM the next morning. They were all very helpful in allowing me to overnight in my truck while waiting for parts. They also came out and checked on me during the night. I really appreciated them for helping.
I do also love that they are only about 75 feet away from an O'Reilly's Parts place who had the other bearing. They both worked as a team and not as competitors.

“This Napa took care of me today when my truck lost a brake caliper bracket bolt while towing a trailer, luckily that happened as I pulled into a gas station, the store had the bolt needed and they sent a driver to drop it off to my location! Moments like these are remembered forever, you guys save me from a massive tow to Mesa so I am extremely grateful for your help today, folks.. this is your store for anything you need on your vehicle! “O’Reillys…. Gabe, Ken and Suzette were amazing. His place is so clean and fully stocked! we had to stop to get a new grease gun for greasing our trailer tires, it was faulty, that usually only happens when the tube or spring doesn’t work. Look at that. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!
