“When I am in Scottsdale, I have to stop at this boutique. The Diva Divine is a great shopping experience. I like the fact it’s not overwhelming, but it has great little sections of all different gift selections, jewelry, clothing, shoes, and even reading glasses. I purchased a pair of tennis shoes that have bling at the tongue of the shoe and I get compliments everywhere I go. The staff is very professional and engaging, and they help you select the greatest gift you’re looking for or something for yourself. Great selection of items that are trendy and suit all ages and sizes. Keep up the excellent work and customer service and support. I always feel good when I walk out of there with a purchase. 😊”

“We stopped in today to pick some clothes for my wife. She lost a good bit of weight and it was time for a new wardrobe. We were met by Tammy, who did a fabulous job helping my wife pick out different shirts, pants, and outfits. We spent 2 hours there and actually enjoyed it. This coming from a man who hates to shop. Best service ever. Chico's should clone her and put her in all their stores.”
“Great selection of US-made, Indian(subcontinent) and Italian textiles. Beautiful patterns and jewelry. Other imports also, so beware. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dressing room was feminine and in cooler area of shop with a fan as well.”
“Hadn't been here in sometime so thought I would browse the goods. Masks are not required but highly recommended. Nice bright colors and clean environment. Staff were friendly and greeted guests as they entered and left. Everything is very organized. Staff do ask if they can help you find something. You'll see dresses, tops, pants, skirts, shorts, night glows, PJs, jewelry and under garments. While I didn't find anything to purchase, it was an enjoyable stroll. If you rarely or haven't shopped here, they use a different sizing program from size 00 to 3. Not sure why they do that. Just ask staff for help if you are confused. Parking lot available.”

“I had such a great experience at this Tilly’s! I came in looking for outfit ideas for a concert and honestly didn’t know where to start. Jordyn checked in with me right away and was incredibly helpful. After I explained what I was looking for, she completely understood the vibe and picked out amazing options for me!
She even grabbed multiple sizes and helped me find pieces that would match items I already had in mind from another store, which I really appreciated. She made the whole experience stress-free and fun. And also her coworker Scarlett who was working fitting rooms, helped make my final decision! Highly recommend asking for Jordyn and Scarlett if you need help styling an outfit for a concert or any event!”

“My wife drags me here on occasion. This one seems fairly nice compared to some we have been in. These places can get pretty bad/gross. People leave their drinks/food for some reason on the shelves ?♂️ it's pretty well picked over, but usually in pretty good shape. It doesn't have that smell some of these places have.”

“Visited the Closet location this weekend. Wanted to call out the service Avery provided. She showed me a lovely vintage Chanel bag which I purchased. She was very friendly and immediately helped me. I think other staff there that day could learn a lot from her about how to greet and interact with customers. There were two other staff members at the front desk when I arrived. They were not particularly interested in helping me with an online order (another Chanel bag) that I was trying to pick up. They were not with another customer. They were doing something on the register and asked me to wait. I waited and when she finally decided to help me she sent me to the consignment counter to pick up my online Chanel order only to call me back to the front counter to say she had my order there. She seemed very confused from the moment I arrived. I frequently visit the Closet and Attic locations and have to say Avery was spot on (5 stars+) and the other two staff members were very disappointing to interact with. I hope this feedback is helpful for training purposes. I purchased 2 lovely Chanel bags and highly recommended The Closet if you are looking for designer bags! They also had a great selection of western boots at this location!”
