“I haven’t been to one of these stores in several years. So when I went in, I was unsure what I wanted. I was greeted by Sherida and she offered to help me. I was nervous and again unsure, but she was so nice and knowledgeable. Sherida took her time showing me around the toy displays. She took great care to listen to me and help me find something I would enjoy... like actually enjoy. Not something I felt pressured to buy because she was helping me. She explained the toy cleaners and what to do to take care of my new purchase after I get home and after use. I learned so much from her and had a great time learning about all the different lubes. I think that's when she got me to be more comfortable. I also really think that was the best part because she was tastefully funny with it.

“I can honestly say that I am a shoe/boot fanatic!!! Over the past 4 months, I have purchased 14 pair of El Vaquero boots! Every time Paulette puts something on her website (preferably the Coleen boots), I buy them! They look so great on me!!! I wear them with shorts, mini skirts or leggings, and did I mention that I'm pushing 60 years old and i still looking fine!?!? Don't short yourself ladies!!! Once you buy a pair, you might get addicted like I have!!!”

“I have been shopping at these stores (I've visited the Sedona, Flagstaff, and Scottsdale locations) for the past 4 years and have a very large collection of their items. I find the quality of these items across all stores to be amazing as long as you know how to take care of them correctly (ie. Delicate cycle, line dry). None of my items have shrunk, faded, or torn.The photos show only a small amount of items I own and my most recent purchase. Yes they are pricey but they are good quality and have held up over multiple washes. If you love light, flowey, and boho style this is definitely the store for you. Every piece of clothing is a little different on material thickness. I have some pants that are very thin but with the pattern on them nothing is noticeable and I have some pants that are very thick. They also recycle their own material. So anything not sold they will cut up and remake into a new piece of clothing (ie. Pants into a shirt). Love every location I have been too and every sale rep has been very kind and helpful.”

“Shopped at the Kierland Chico's yesterday. We found many great sales and items great for travel. The staff is very helpful in finding the right pieces that go together. They are well versed in their items. We liked that they all work together and don't compete for commissions. Angela was particulary helpful. She was fun, kind and a great resource for guidance on how certain items fit better than others. We enjoyed her help and took her name down to utilize her services when we go back. ( Which we definitely will!!) It was a great afternoon.”

“I absolutely love Robert Graham shirts. I own 17 of them plus a couple of blazers and some jeans! They are so unique that every time I wear one of these shirts I get tons of compliments. It’s like wearing Art.
Most of the time I tend to order my shirts online, but when I do get a chance to make it up to Scottsdale, I always have to stop by the Robert Graham store in Fashion Square, Mall. Sam Cook is the manager there and he always takes good care of me! In addition to always offering me a good stiff drink he will call me when shirts go on sale. I recently took my brother and my husband up there and they bought several items including a wonderful shirt for me!
