This other dude had earpiece like he was listenin' to music and gave little to no general interest to anyone around him. This is the guy that changed my battery. C'mon, man be a little bit more personable. I would have tipped ya.”

“Had a crack in my 19" Mustang wheel, was able to drop if off near closing time and pick it up the next day with no issues. Weld is clean and the wheel holds air now! Fair price and good work”
“Amazing bumper, everything bolted up amazingly. Had to reuse the hardware off my old bumper to mount this one. VERY GOOD quality bumper. The only thing I would complain about is it taking 14-15 weeks instead of the 6-8 week time span they originally said. That's why I dropped 1 star. I did call numerous times to get an eta and they answered/called me right back every time. If they just be a little more transparent from the start with the fabrication/delivery time it would've been 5 stars. I would order from them again ?. I do like the fact of them personally delivering the bumper vs. using a shipping service. Thanks again, iron bull!”

“I went to the O'Reilly at the corner of Florence and Olive, across from the Dairy Queen. From the moment I walked in the door, Stephanie treated me like family. I bought a battery and she attempted to install it for me. When a bolt proved to be too tight for her to be able to loosen, she didn't let that stop her. She called her friend George to come and install it for me. And he did! Someone who was a perfect stranger to both of them, and they went out of their way to help me. I had never used O'Reilly for auto parts before, but thanks to Stephanie treating me like family, I won't use anything but this particular O'Reilly's.”
