AutoZone Casa Grande is a friendly store with very helpful and amazing staff. The assistant manager and cashier are cheery and helpful. Employees like Ernesto are amazing from the start, testing batteries, helping pick new ones, and installing them. The staff is very friendly and does not discriminate; they try to understand and help everyone. They go out of their way to assist, even making multiple trips to adjust parts and fix problems to take stress away from customers. During the holidays, they provide discounts that save customers more than expected. The team is tremendously helpful, making the day for visitors. The overall experience is wonderful, earning the business five-star reviews from grateful customers.
