I was traveling to Casa Grande from Phoenix and back and on my way home my car temp spiked. I ended up needing some piece the coolant pipe was connected to, that pipe fixed and more anti freeze/coolant added. It took some hard work, time and patience which all Sean had. “Richard was incredibly helpful. My windshield wipers needed to be replaced, so I went and bought some. I asked when I checked out if they were correct, and the cashier looked up my vehicle and said they were correct. While trying to install them in the parking lot, something was off. Richard saw me struggling, came over and started to help. Turns out I did need a special type that wasn’t mentioned in the system. Not only did he exchange the wipers, he installed them for me.”

“I took my truck to a local car garage in casa grande to fix my door lock mechanism they kept it for two days. They stated the part was on backorder and the part was $1300 dollars oh well I needed it fixed. I went to pick it up and they said it was fixed but the door was misaligned. I paid the bill and took my truck to Dave's. Oh wow ! Dave was very honest he said they never replace anything and showed me ,no way I just got screwed by a local garage that I have been going there since 2007 . Dave took me under his wing and we sat down he made some calls.I got my truck fixed by Dave at a cost of $298.00 and it's all new parts and only took a day wow .To top it off he called the local garage and told the manager what happened, I got my money back thanks to Dave ,also he recommended a garage for me to get my vehicles fixed . Thank you Dave for been honest and so kind. I made a new friend with Dave.”

“I went to the O'Reilly at the corner of Florence and Olive, across from the Dairy Queen. From the moment I walked in the door, Stephanie treated me like family. I bought a battery and she attempted to install it for me. When a bolt proved to be too tight for her to be able to loosen, she didn't let that stop her. She called her friend George to come and install it for me. And he did! Someone who was a perfect stranger to both of them, and they went out of their way to help me. I had never used O'Reilly for auto parts before, but thanks to Stephanie treating me like family, I won't use anything but this particular O'Reilly's.”
