“The Duracell AGM battery I picked up this week for my Harley-Davidson wouldn't even crank the engine. It came up against compression and stalled. I put my charger on it and the charger showed that it was starting from 20% capacity. I don't know how long this battery had been sitting on the shelf, but if it was that badly discharged, it's probably sulfated, which will shorten its life. I anticipate that it will not have good longevity. Update: When the store manager saw the review, they contacted me and immediately offered to replace the battery with new stock. Heading to the store now!”

“We had a good experiance with the staff. The women that we spoke to knew a lot about the Chevy Cruze we have. She had some great ideas why we were having car issues.”

“I went to the O'Reilly at the corner of Florence and Olive, across from the Dairy Queen. From the moment I walked in the door, Stephanie treated me like family. I bought a battery and she attempted to install it for me. When a bolt proved to be too tight for her to be able to loosen, she didn't let that stop her. She called her friend George to come and install it for me. And he did! Someone who was a perfect stranger to both of them, and they went out of their way to help me. I had never used O'Reilly for auto parts before, but thanks to Stephanie treating me like family, I won't use anything but this particular O'Reilly's.”
