Hugo was really helpful and friendly. My older lady friend had a bunch of pop up viruses on her old phone and he helped us remove them off her old phone. He also helped us switch her number over to a new phone. He was very friendly and conversational.

I spent 90 minutes on the phone with cricket customer service to get a new phone activated with an esim which was an extremely horrible experience. I came to this store and the associate activated the phone and was very nice. I would 100% recommend this place. I had a great experience.

Went to get a new phone on the insurance plan and the clerk was very courteous and helpful. She also gave me ideas to stop spam call and unwanted calls thanks you cricket on pinal.
