“I rented a Amanda washer from Aaron's, paid it off and went into the store to rent a set (washer and dryer) but the sales lady in the store seemed all to happy to tell me that it wasn't possible because they no longer carried the Amanda brand; a polite way to tell me that I had been screwed. I no longer wish to patronize a business that leaves the customer hanging. Today 4/13/2021 I have updated my review because I was contacted by Aaron's and offered to exchange the Amanda washer for a set. I appreciate the company contacting me after learning of my problem with prior representative and offering me a solution. I have not yet been in the store because of a recent heart attack I am still recovering and also I am trying to find someone to donate my current dryer because it still works great.
