“Best meat market in Casa Grande. Several months ago, I tried a Carniceria on Cottonwood that is much closer to my home. Its service was radically inconsistent. One person would go out of his way to get me what I wanted, another would say, "I can't help you with that." I decided to try the Mercado y Carniceria El Pinal on N Casa Grande Ave. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. They went out of their way to get me EXACTLY what I wanted which was a thicker cut of beef than what was in the display case. I returned several times and each time, they make the special cut so I get what I wanted. The owner gave me her phone number and told me to call her if I was ever at the shop and someone failed to get me what I wanted. THAT is customer service. The FACT that the quality of the meat is excellent is over-powered by the customer service I have received every time I visit the store. DEFINITELY worth the extra five-minute drive.”
“Great store for going to if you not wanting to hit the big box stores. They have plenty of items that most everyone would need. One can shop here and not spend lots of money. I recommend this place for picking up general store items. Easy in and out, plenty of parking.”
“Well, it's not Circle K, but that's positive and negative. You can get in and out very fast, unlike the Circle K on Florence, where you can be behind 12 people in line. Selection of snacks and drinks is decent, but no fountain drinks and no hot food items. There is a smoke shop area, pickled sausages, t-shirts, and a few off the wall items like artificial flowers and candles. If I need snacks and drinks, I go here and avoid CK. For this I am grateful.”
“Tacos! $3.49 a piece. I had 2 carne asada and 1 carnitas.They were delicious, the people that cook and work there provide amazing service. Their attitude, attention and smile are contagious and I want to come back.Muchas gracias! Muy ricos tacos!”

“Back in the day this store was not my first choice to shop I used to shop mainly at family dollar but they have improved this store I think it's the new staff they have THIER. THIER very nice and helpful and make u feel like it part of the family while u shop THIER. “Excellent place to get you medicine from and at the same time get your groceries, and stamps. Where else can you get three things done at the same time and on the way out get gas and use your points to get lower gas prices. I highly recommend this store.”

“The cake came out perfect! And not only that but the two ladies working the day I placed the order saved me from ordering a full sheet! I originally asked for full and then they showed me a half sheet which is what we needed. We would have had so much left overs ?”
“Always love it in here, reminds me of the Dominican store back home! Wide aisles, decent selection, & great meats. Various weekly sales as well. Clean inside & helpful employees.Usually understaffed registers for the evening rush, leading to long wait times as one employee tries to handle a line halfway to the back of the store. Then customers get grumpy and treat the employee badly...I always feel bad for them. Maybe another cashier for evenings?Update: have been back a few times since and noticed some new employees and response times for 2nd employees opening registers has improved! Woohoo”
“We've been shopping here a lot lately. Love the sales - when prices seem to be going through the roof everywhere. Employees seem very helpful and courteous. The store is always clean. And the produce section is well stocked and organized.”
“I only get to this store every 3-4 months, and I've always found it to be clean and well-stocked. The people are nice - we interact with the deli and meat people a lot when there. Always helpful. We ran into a problem this morning with our pharmacy appointment for flu shots. The pharmacist didn't come in, so they had to wait an hour while someone else was scheduled. But the pharmacy staff kept us informed and took care of us while we waited. And all grocery stores get lines - it's just the way off the world. And the Starbucks makes everything better.”

“Staff is nice and the service is quick and easy. I’m there at least every two weeks and there’s always a short wait. They always answer the phone promptly and are helpful and polite. I have no idea what the other people on here are complaining about. They must be talking about the wrong location. This is the best pharmacy I’ve used in years.”
“While the parking lot is certainly hard to navigate and it's always busy in the store, it's still a great place to get what you need. Been here 3 years and we've only grocery shopped here, it's a nice store. Managers do a good job of keeping it clean and organized even with all the traffic.”

“This is SUCH an amazing liquidation store. You can find pretty much everything you need here for such a low price. We went for the first time yesterday and walked out with some nice stuff for cheap! It’s all from Target too, which is amazing! I definitely recommend U Save, and it is worth a visit! We will be regular customers, plus the business owners are super nice and friendly! I’m so happy i found this place!”
