“Harbor freight came through big time for me today. I called in a few miles down the road to make sure I could park my big rig, and the young lady Shawna couldn't have been more helpful. She let me know there was plenty of space waiting. When I rolled in, she personally helped me track down the exact wheel chocks I needed ( truckers know how clutch that is).
Top it off the store manager Sheri rang me up and was fantastic. Quick, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Between the customer service, the easy parking for a rig my size and the fact that I got exactly what I needed without hassle, this Harbor freight earned everybit of this 5 star review.”

Today we stopped by for the kids craft. We didn’t know that you had to sign up to come. They were kind and understanding, and still let us participate. I was especially impressed by how helpful they were throughout the craft, offering additional supplies, wipes, and kids aprons. It was great to be treated well despite the fact that we weren’t technically supposed to be there.”
