“I have enjoyed staying at the Baymont Casa Grande on 2 separate occasions. One on the 2nd floor and one on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor room was in pristine condition, clean, everything worked. The 1st floor room had noticeable wear, the remote to the TV was busted too tired to go to front desk for new device. Shower and toilet old, doors dirty. But that doesn't mean all the rooms are like that in the 1st floor but many would assume that comparing both floors... Maybe the 2nd floor isn't frequented as much as the first so the 2nd floor has 'less wear'. I'm going for a 3rd stay and I'm requesting the second floor. And finally!!! Never seen this before but it's awesome! I don't need to scrounge for cash to tip housekeeping ... I just take a pic of the QR code linked to the house keeper who cleaned the room and BOOM I can tip without the stress of going back to my car for loose cash.”

“Its a pretty decent hotel for a holiday inn. The rooms are nice and clean, and the bed was very comfy. I do like that they had white lights and paint, instead of the old outdated yellow that some seem to have. Breakfast was very tasty for what they usually have. All in all dont mind staying here.”

“It was great. The rooms were very large and spacious. In clean, the staff was very polite, courteous and professional. My only complaint might be the conditioner to pool but I didn't use it because it was so hot anyway. So I'll definitely stay there again”

“Good spot off the freeway with plenty of parking and good rooms with alot overlooking a central pool area which is nice. Good little conference rooms to use as well and a bar/restaurant is sweet with good eats.”

“Been a place for me and my family to be at, after being kicked from our home. Least its a roof over our heads, n we are not out in this heat. The manager lady has been very accommodating to us.”
