“I was staying at a Motel 6 in Chandler and I stayed at one in Tempe. Both had roaches genuinely as soon as the lights turned off at night if you get roaches just trying to creep out into your luggage and stuff. My mom is staying in Maricopa and I’m visiting her I’m traveling with a dog so I chose this location because I told me that this would be the only spot that doesn’t have a hidden pet fee or roaches as I’d be paying a fee to avoid the other no choice about it. This has comfortable beds friendly staff and straight forward pricing.”

“I can't explain properly how amazing Ms. A was from the moment she answered the phone! We were coming in for a funeral and this hotel happened to show up as closest. 'Close' in such an open area is a bit misleading but not their fault. From first contact this lovely, warm voice made things feel calm, we got the dates set and I knew I wasn't booking a 'resort' hotel, we were coming in for less than 24 hours. But then we had trouble booking a ride back from the hotel to the airport. I took a shot & called Ms. A back and she recommended an awesome guy, Fred. Who then helped us find another local driver, Dennis, to get us from PHX to the hotel when Uber failed us. Every bit of communication with both was pleasant, accurate, I just couldn't have asked for better when setting up this rush plan. The room was clean. And not the over perfumy fake clean, just clean. Call it dated if you want but it was SO very on point for the American Southwest, breezy and uncluttered with charming touches. Yes, it's right off the highway but even that wasn't terrible. The next morning we were out enjoying the sunshine & the lovely Ms. A let us know there was some coffee in the front office and warned us it was 'just Folgers'. Let me say it was some great drip coffee, she had a small assortment of grab & go nibbles & fruit to go with it. There's a level of warmth & loveliness at little places like this that make hard traveling just a bit easier to bear. And for those talking about ths wifi, it is a hazard of wide open areas & small pockets of highway demand. Sometimes the signal just doesn't stretch the way we want. Thank you Ms. A and team! Sarah”

“Been staying for years on an off why because the owners or staff always friendly most time I have to do check in window but the gentleman and lady that helps me Always nice explains everything very easy checkin never no problems with staff I will continue to go back and the beds in room r the best why I have a disability and most hotels the beds r the worst hard nasty naw oyo has soft beds bed soft beds no bugs clean always yeah it's older hotel but clean, affordable,friendly, quiet,and the bed amazing thxs oyo”
