Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Casa Grande, AZ Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It is a great store and an all around good home improvement hotspot with lots of staff, fast checkouts, and friendly employees who are here to help. They offer a good selection of items, like Christmas decorations, with reasonable prices. Many staff members provide excellent service, displaying excellent people skills. They are calm and cheerful under pressure, quick and fair, and offer much apology and assistance to ensure customers get help in a timely manner. Employees will go out of their way, even using personal tools, to help with purchases and loading. However, there can be some dysfunction. Management may sometimes seem like they couldn't be bothered, displaying a bad attitude and being caddy with staff in front of customers instead of offering solutions. There also needs to be some serious forklift training, as some staff seemed confused or inexperienced in operating equipment. Despite these issues, the store remains a preferred destination for many.

Some of the best customer service we've experienced. Didn't need to ask, store rep offered before we had a chance to ask. Guess the bewildered look we had was enough. Consistently great customer service.
