“I had to move my entire life into one the storage units at Copper Mountain and just when I'd shut the door and locked it, my car wouldn't start. I called the office and Jim offered to take me and my helper to Marvin's up the road and after a round of tatertots and a burger came to get us and brought us back to see if she'd start. Amazingly, it did and down the road we went :) thankful for Jim and the other Kings and Queens of Copper Mountain, ❤️”

“I've had stuff stored here for awhile. I like being able to access my items 24/7, I just wish the units were more weatherproof. I'd suggest covering items with plastic to keep all the dirt out of sensitive items like electronics. They need to expand, there is a shortage of storage currently.”

“Hello my name is Jennifer Tapia. I have had a storage unit for many years at this facility, and not once has my unit been broken into, and trust me when I say for years. I truly apologize for the misfortune but the day you both can check on every unit every minute of everyday, please come do the job for me. As far as footage of video the police have access to our facility 24/7. I have empathy for you, that dosen't mean I have to participate with you screaming in my ears over a unit that legally belongs to your son.”
