“Christine & Miranda were phenomenal to work with. They both go above and beyond to ensure our questions/inquires were handled. Great employees!! Some cons of the facility is the temperature is set to 80° which is warm (but much better than the scorching heat of AZ so I’ll take it), there’s no clocks so it’s easy to lose track of time, and the door into the units won’t stay open and we have to open it every time we want to go in (can be a hassle for moving items into the unit and running back & forth). Other than that, facility is clean and maintained well. They do provide a lock for your use but charge you $25 for it. I just brought my own and they refunded me! Amazon & Walmart have the same locks for much less.
One note for management/ownership: you’re running a storage facility and to hold your employees to a threshold per week of a number of reviews they have to receive or they’re written up/fired is wild. They have zero control over whether other folks write a review or not, which seems unfair to them - I’m only writing a review so they don’t get fired from their job for not meeting this expectation. Just my input & feedback! They’re human and doing their best taking care of your facilities - and they’re crushing it! Thanks!”

“I called to see if they had any wrapping paper. They had 10 boxes. I had stopped at one Uhaul in Maricopa and they didn't have any so I went out to my car and tried phoning other Uhaul dealers in town. I'd only get a message to leave a message. I was out then. I wanted to know now - not after I got back home. When I called here, I actually got a real live person who could tell me he had what I needed. It was a bit out of town but worth the drive. He was very friendly and helpful.”
