Terrance helped me solve a problem related to my moving company accessing my units. Terrance took the time to understand my need and followed up with me which ultimately lead me to be able to provide proof to the moving company management. Terrance treated me and my concern like he was helping a family member. In my case, I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit half-way through my move without hesitation they allowed me to get a bigger unit within distance of the smaller one to make the transition must easier on us . “I called to see if they had any wrapping paper. They had 10 boxes. I had stopped at one Uhaul in Maricopa and they didn't have any so I went out to my car and tried phoning other Uhaul dealers in town. I'd only get a message to leave a message. I was out then. I wanted to know now - not after I got back home. When I called here, I actually got a real live person who could tell me he had what I needed. It was a bit out of town but worth the drive. He was very friendly and helpful.”
