I'm surprised at all the 1-star ratings. I've had a UPS mailbox here for a couple of years, have shipped things out, have returned Amazon packages, and so on ... and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes they're busy and not super talkative, but my interactions have always been pleasant and professional.
