Even though they couldn't fix our problem, they told us how we could get it fixed. I was so relieved to know there was a solution. So helpful and very nice. We will always be going here for help and upgrades. Completely satisfied with the service and the support from store associates.

I had an excellent, positive experience with Casey Lopez. Casey was helpful, knowledgeable and patient with an older person who is not great with technology. I would give Casey a 6 star review because 5 is NOT enough. Thanks Casey!
