Customer service is horrible you call because you have fraudulent debits on your account. They make you go through the entire automated system and then they don’t answer the phone and tell you to call back later. Unbelievable.!!!

Only Chase I have ever known that makes you give your personal ID in order to get change for a business that you work for. And I've been to many chases with the company deposit slip and no one has ever done that before
