“Chase bank and Peter Suarez are absolutely AMAZING! A big shout out to Peter for being the best of the best! We just recently moved to Arizona from Kansas. I have always loved my bank in Kansas which I have had for 30 years. I was reluctant to make a change but knew I had to open a local account. We went to Chase bank in Cave Creek (right by our house). We were set up with Peter Suarez. He is a God send for sure. He opened up a new account for me and immediately put my mind at ease. He explained everything to me, got me all set up and even did a follow up call the next day. He is super smart and excellent at every aspect of his job! He got all of my paper work together and of course gave me his info incase we had any questions. He has excellent customer service skills combined with his understanding of banking. I knew we were in the best of hands. We have had our accounts with him for 3 months now and we couldn’t be happier. Everything is so simple and easy. I am so pleased and grateful for Peter and Chase bank. I feel like he could be running the entire show.... he is that intelligent! He looks the part and is the part! “I made an online reservation a couple days in advance of our appt. That same day I received a call from Stephan with Chase. He was the rep our appt was booked with in the next 2 hrs. He informed me, he was not a notary (which I needed and requested) and would not be able to fulfill the request. He was very apologetic! Instead of just hanging up and not taking responsibility; he provided info to the next closes branch. In addition he called them on my behave to see if they had an appt available. They did not but Stephan did offer to reschedule me which unfortunately did not work for my timeframe. He then again offered another solution.Which did workout.THANK YOU for working to find a solution and not just shrugging it off as if it wasn't your problem. (Hope that makes sense:)U R a Rockstar!”
