“I have to leave a great review for senior banker Keith. Keith is a premier banker and very very personable. He is young and sharp! Knows exact what's needed. He is absolutely 109% on point. Very reliable and helpful.I was not familiar with WF: I normally bank at another branch. I decide to trust them with my money and I made the decision based on Keith's kindness and efficiency.As for ease of banking online: Not so much. Moving my own money around causes suspicion and then I am blocked from using my money. It's irritating. I have to show up in person to verify I want to use my own money??? I may make some more money moves if this is how online banking works.As for the branch and the people at this location: Excellent.”

“Chase bank and Peter Suarez are absolutely AMAZING! A big shout out to Peter for being the best of the best! We just recently moved to Arizona from Kansas. I have always loved my bank in Kansas which I have had for 30 years. I was reluctant to make a change but knew I had to open a local account. We went to Chase bank in Cave Creek (right by our house). We were set up with Peter Suarez. He is a God send for sure. He opened up a new account for me and immediately put my mind at ease. He explained everything to me, got me all set up and even did a follow up call the next day. He is super smart and excellent at every aspect of his job! He got all of my paper work together and of course gave me his info incase we had any questions. He has excellent customer service skills combined with his understanding of banking. I knew we were in the best of hands. We have had our accounts with him for 3 months now and we couldn’t be happier. Everything is so simple and easy. I am so pleased and grateful for Peter and Chase bank. I feel like he could be running the entire show.... he is that intelligent! He looks the part and is the part! Thanks Peter for the excellent service! We will always be with Chase BC of you!”

“I made an online reservation a couple days in advance of our appt. That same day I received a call from Stephan with Chase. He was the rep our appt was booked with in the next 2 hrs. He informed me, he was not a notary (which I needed and requested) and would not be able to fulfill the request. He was very apologetic! Instead of just hanging up and not taking responsibility; he provided info to the next closes branch. In addition he called them on my behave to see if they had an appt available. They did not but Stephan did offer to reschedule me which unfortunately did not work for my timeframe. He then again offered another solution.Which did workout.THANK YOU for working to find a solution and not just shrugging it off as if it wasn't your problem. (Hope that makes sense:)U R a Rockstar!”

“Hubby is one of those people who prefers to visit the bank to do business. For this visit he had to see a banker to clear up some banking matters. It would have been difficult to do this on the phone. It was a slight wait and the situation was straightened out once they discussed things. Good customer service. They have their own parking lot. Cox WiFi for their subscribers.”
