“Love this gym! Themi and Krista are both very knowledgeable about the body and how to train properly and safely. The atmosphere here is both friendly and supportive. The workouts are always different, which keeps it interesting. They are well rounded including strength, cardio, balance. Themi and Krista make sure to monitor me so that I am using proper form so I don't injure myself. They also are always encouraging me to challenge myself. I had been doing orange theory for 6 years prior to coming here and the constant repetition over time caused a back injury. I was doing too much cardio and not enough weight training, which I really need for my age. If you are looking for a gym with knowledgeable, supportive people I highly recomend Human Equilibrium!”

“CREPES!!!! Not just just amazingly delicious GLUTEN FREE CREPES!! These guys popped up on my instagram so I took the kids over to try them out. Both of the kiddos got a berry and Nutella crepe. I ordered the chicken crepe. We all opted for the Gluten Free. (My daughter and I have a pretty strong wheat allergy) They were DELICIOUS! We will be back.”
