B4 purchasing major appliances from HD. Per corp policy, NO returns.. including all standard orders. Compare customer satisfaction guarantee to Costco and Lowes. There is NO comparing. Bye, bye HD! It's HD right not to have return policy for major appliances, but it's my right to make other consumers aware.

Ordered and paid for appliance in late April. Delivery scheduled for May 14 and install May 15. No appliance, no install, no call, and no accountability. Run around.. don't do business with these bums!

Update regarding Home Depot racial profiling. Short version BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT. I know for some HD is more convenient than Lowes or Ace Hardware. As a personal favor to me, I beg that you help make a difference. I know I would do it for you all!
