Impressive, I thought i was the only one having a bad time on this particular 7-11. The rest I’ve been through are great. So I have various reasons for the 1 Star (i wish i could give less). Got off 7-Eleven Gold subscription for this particular store.
-Online orders: when you order on the 7-11 app, it has a progress bar. “Preparing Order”, “Waiting For Driver” and finally “Driver on their way”. All other 7-Eleven go thru that except this one. Once I confirm, its “Preparing Order” and in less than 10 seconds “Driver on their way”. My order gets cancelled. This has happened multiple time here only.
-Scammy practices: went one day to buy the wings. They were in BOGO promotion. I ask for wings and the cashier told me if i want the promotion. I said yes. As the order was ready, i saw almost $9 in total and 1 box of wings (5 pcs). I ask about the promotion. He said “yes, i already applied it”. In the screen it did say “Promotion Wings” and $8. I showed him and scanned the promotion. He then did the other wings in an upset manner.
-Inexperienced with technology . Its a different case here but it wasted a lot of my time. As a loyal customer, my points and cash back were decently high. I didn’t have money (physical or digital). So i opted only using my 7-Eleven wallet balance i had raised. Bought myself what i needed. As soon as i scanned, the balance went thru and $0 due. The cashier was confused and said something went wrong. So he decided to make it go thru again. $0 due. I told him multiple times, I’m using the 7-11 reward money. He still wanted me to pay with money somehow. He tried one more time, same result. I did get my money back (5 star for phone operator) but it just wasted my time.

I usually get this place at night when I’m heading home. The cashier is quick and efficient. Have no issues there.

Came for the free slushee and of course they didn’t have any stocked small cups so I said could we get a discount since they weren’t prepared for the promotion. Of course not, plus we were being watched the whole time smh won’t be returning.

They overcharge for everything! If you’re not paying attention they will get you!!! I really like 7-11 but not this one!

The worst 711 I have visited. The man and woman running the place are both extremely rude. No hello, please, thank you… nothing. The woman is always on the phone talking her own language and stands there expecting you to read the register and pay without her saying a word. And the man is always fighting with a customer in the store and tries to add items to your purchase that you have to repeatedly say no to. Vote with your dollars and choose elsewhere.

This is one of the worst 7-Eleven franchises I have ever visited. Why do I feel like a second class citizen in there? Whoever is running this franchise needs to just give it up and back to 7-Eleven. Don't spend your money here.

Rude, rude, rude, always saying lottery machine doesn't work and got a attitude. Tobacco products always dried out. Don't even shop here.

Employees were somewhat friendly. The store was clean and they had a good selection of items, especially on their coffee bar.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I bought two energy drinks that were supposed to be 2 for $4, I go to the checkout. My total is $7.49. I then proceeded to tell the lady/owner at the register that this is not what is advertised over there. She says that’s not the case it’s what the price is. I proceeded to go and have her follow me to show her the price then she insisted to stay on the phone and completely ignore me. Worst 7-Eleven in the valley by far. DONT GO HERE. THEY RIP OFF.

Calling this a business is a stretch. I'm convinced they open their doors only to attract people to insult and treat poorly. Don't you dare complain that the coffee isn't fresh or ask for napkins. They refuse to honor offers from the app, instead insist you pay full price. I strongly recommend you do not visit and drive 1.5 miles down the road to the QT where they are always very kind and treat everyone with respect and honesty.

The guy that works there is a thief!! He over charged me and doesn't give change back. The guys name is nasir and he charged me 6 dollars for a fountain drink and then told me a Reese's bar was a dollar and charged me 3. I do not recommend going to this store. I work right across the street and now I will rather drive somewhere to get drink! He is a thief
