711 day and the employees have a sign on the window that says that the slurpee units are not working but clearly you can see all the barrels on the units are freezing fine, they even have candy displays to cover the slurpee units.

On the most important day of the year, the slurpee machine was not working š I saw it was a common occurrence this year. Maybe 7/11/2025!

I went here for an ICEE, but they didnāt have them. I was disappointed. But Iāll tell you something, this is a nice store. Really clean and well-organized. I was impressed.

So my friends and I came here to get snacks. This worker, Mow, talked to us asking if we are finding everything okay, we said yes. We couldnāt find anything affordable but we decided to get an Arizona drink. We started to check out and we used apple pay, because it says they accept apple pay, but it didnāt work. we asked Mow if we could use apple pay and she said no, so we left. As we were walking out she called us āstupid kidsā and my friends and I felt very disrespected because we arenāt stupid, we are in all honors in school. I always go to this 7/11 and have always liked it until now. I will be going to Circle K from now on since this incident.

I go here all the time for snacks and drinks, and I get my water jugs refilled here. The staff are always great and very friendly, and the owners (I think) know me pretty well. Always greeted at the door when you arrive! They always wish you luck when you buy a lotto ticket or scratcher as well.

They didn't give me my rewards twice and made up bs + they have expired food like slim Jim's in the front of the shelf . Terrible way to treat customers who are already overpaying !

Very hostile customer serviceI went in looking for just a few ketchup packets and when I went to grab them one of the workers just gave me a nasty look and then asked if I had bought anything and when I said no she told me I couldnt have THREE ketchup packets unless I bought a food item. She was very snarky about it and couldn't even help me out with such a simple thing like packets that cost them less than a penny each
