I went here for an ICEE, but they didn’t have them. I was disappointed. But I’ll tell you something, this is a nice store. Really clean and well-organized. I was impressed.

So my friends and I came here to get snacks. This worker, Mow, talked to us asking if we are finding everything okay, we said yes. We couldn’t find anything affordable but we decided to get an Arizona drink. We started to check out and we used apple pay, because it says they accept apple pay, but it didn’t work. we asked Mow if we could use apple pay and she said no, so we left. As we were walking out she called us “stupid kids” and my friends and I felt very disrespected because we aren’t stupid, we are in all honors in school. I always go to this 7/11 and have always liked it until now. I will be going to Circle K from now on since this incident.

I go here all the time for snacks and drinks, and I get my water jugs refilled here. The staff are always great and very friendly, and the owners (I think) know me pretty well. Always greeted at the door when you arrive! They always wish you luck when you buy a lotto ticket or scratcher as well.

They didn't give me my rewards twice and made up bs + they have expired food like slim Jim's in the front of the shelf . Terrible way to treat customers who are already overpaying !

Very hostile customer serviceI went in looking for just a few ketchup packets and when I went to grab them one of the workers just gave me a nasty look and then asked if I had bought anything and when I said no she told me I couldnt have THREE ketchup packets unless I bought a food item. She was very snarky about it and couldn't even help me out with such a simple thing like packets that cost them less than a penny each

Only 1 star they need 0. Worst in customer service ever. The person was the rudest, unprofessional and disrespectful person ever. I will never visit this location again. I stopped to purchase a water prior to seeing my client, big mistake. I definitely do not recommend this location as long as people are tested this way. There were 2 other people walking out looking disgusted when I was walking in.. I truly understand why now. He was in his phone talking to customer service about his cell service and totally ignored customers in the store. He was looking at another customer thinking her was stealing and totally being unprofessional and disrespectful. I was at the counter to pay for the water and he continued hitting the decline button twice on me when paying "are you serious"!!!! No more I said and I left the water on the counter and walked out of the store. I didn't like being treated this way. I do not recommend this location. Rudest people ever!
