I regularly go here to get my oil changes an repairs to keep my car safe..And they are great at looking over the vehicle to keep you aware of what is recommended when they do oil changes. Some shops don'tdo that other then look at tires and fluids. You can also ask for a quote to budget your finances to take care of what needs fixed. Breanna and Jim are wonderful people. The shop stands behind there work with a 2yr or 24000 mi warranty which ever comes first. If you are looking for great service, honest, reasonable pricing. This would be a place I would consider. ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great shop and did a great job on a fuel pump that went out. Glad this is a AAA repair shop the discount made it worthwhile to have

Brea was very, very helpful when I was in Colorado and my grandson needed help with his Civic. Someone hit the car while in was parked in the apartment complex parking and left. While he was driving on the freeway, the front passenger wheel came off. AAA towed it to AAA Chandler West Auto Repair and was able to get the spare tire on until I returned to Phoenix. Thank you, Brea and the mechanics that helped when I needed it.

This auto shop is a bit of a drive for me (20-25mins) but the service was great. Cost of an oil change is reasonable (cheaper than the dealership, Firestone, and others that I checked). I was in and out in an hour max. I received a list of things that will eventually need attention on my vehicle (via text message). I wish they would have gone over everything (future repairs) with me, but overall, no complaints. I will use them in the future.

If I could give this shop a negative star score. I would, I brought my car in. It wasn't turning over and had stalled at a light. They told me it would gonna be a couple hours to diagnose. I called 5 hours later they still had not diagnosed it. They said the distributor had failed. I asked what they meant by "failed". She said there was no spark. And my cars computer was not connecting to their computer. I had AAA tow it back to me. They drained my battery, left the distributor connector unplugged! After having my car for 8 hours. It really would not start. I pull the fuse for the computer reboted it jumped my car and now it runs!! THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE DONT GO THERE!!!! oh after getting my car started, I called the shop spoke to manager and told him that fixed my car. Maybe he should think about hiring new techs!Service: Engine repair

I have to share this was one of the worst auto service experiences I’ve had in quite some time! Just came in to fix a flat tire on my truck. It took literally over five hours, I will never be back! The front Desk was nice. Service was horrible!

I am not new to this repair shop, I took my Duramax 2500HD in for A/C repair. I already knew it needed a blower motor resistor and maybe a fan motor, also. I have mechanical experience but due to a recent heart transplant and a rare blood disease ( Amyloidosis ) I can not physically do the repair. Resistor online is about $25 AAA price $103 and comes with wiring and connectors. New blower motor online ~$40 AAA price $148.65 . And then the wire that come with the resistor (free)AAA price $102.57 . I know every repair shop marks their parts up, but that is a bit excessive. So, Jimmy Everette quoted me $660+ over the phone. I declined the repair. As a AAA member you a token discount. So, I went to pay the diagnostic fee $82.13 after a $8.45 AAA discount then adds in a "shop supply fee" of $6.08. My paperwork says $550.63, I asked Jimmy why he quotes me $662.76 well even if you OK the repair they plug the diagnosis fee back in. I have done this job before, any mediocre mechanic can do it in 30 to 45 minutes. I think a novice could watch a YouTube video and complete the job in in an hour. I understand a business owner has many expenses ( I have owned multiple businesses ) but come on. For that price, I think I will get the parts and supervise my wife. She can do it !!! I have been AAA member for a while, and I thought they would truly be competitive priced and HONEST. I actually feel they are taking advantage of their members that assume this also. BYE BYE West Chandler AAA Auto Repair. Hello Sun Devil Auto, they are closer anyway.

Our car broke down so we only like and rely on AAA and they're always good with us everywhere we go throughout the US.

I also had a bad experience at AAA in West Chandler. I Took my car in for oil change and possible heating problems. First Jimmy the service advisor should not be dealing with customers. No personality nor customer relations skills. Was informed I needed 2 heater hoses and a reservoir cap. Took vehicle in on Thurs pm was told it would be ready by 5pm Received a call from Jimmy saying the part had not come in from PHX and they would keep it overnight and would call me. Once they got the part, "it will be very easy and fast to install the hoses". The next day at 1 pm I called on status (since Jimmy did not call me) so I can get a ride in. I was informed they are still waiting on the part from Tucson? It was so late when the car was ready on Friday so I picked up on Sat AM After paying $560.00 (with discount coupons) for 2 heater hoses and a reservoir cap which I was charged $40.00 (at Auto zone the same cap is $15.00) and over $100.00 for coolant, I opened the hood when I got home and saw no coolant in the coolant reservoir, I had to add almost a quart of my own coolant to fill it up to the designated mark. I will never go to this AAA auto repair shop again. Historically this shop has had many problems and issues. I stopped using them for almost 10 years but decided to try them again. This store has bad Carma for me. Poor quality service and poor customer service people skills by service advisor.

I was charged about $330 just for diagnostics. The crazy thing is the repair tech was still unable to diagnose the issue that was causing my battery to drain. He gave me very vague answers with all the maybes telling me if we fix that and it doesn’t work then we will try do another check. I can’t refuse the fact that they do a good job sometimes but they are too expensive even than a dealership. How do you charge someone $328 for a no job done and no definitive answer to what the issue is?. I would say before going here please try other places or even the dealership, cuz this is totally unacceptable.

Jimmy was nothing but disrespectful and resist and I'll stop at nothing till he loses his job he's a horrible employee and talks to people so rudely. Also when a Hispanic asked him how much for a diagnostic fee it was 80$ but some how 160$ for me never ever returning because of jimmy. Wish I could give him negative 30 stars for his disrespectful a**
