Solid location, had pretty much everything I need if I am dealing with an immediate property issue for my business. Some items may be a little more expensive than what's available online but there's no wait, the staff is responsive and I can be in and out due to the smaller square footage of the store.

Super friendly staff who is happy to help locate items you need. Took less than 5 min for me to ask for help finding the item, paying at the register, and back in my car.

The Ace Hardware on Gilbert always has what I want and they provide friendly service. They even have two store cats to round out the purrrfect experience.

Ace is the place for hardware.. friendly staff. They had no issues with my electric unicycle carefully being walked through the store as I was shopping. I will be back !?

The associates I’ve encountered here have been helpful, friendly, and kind. While Ace may not have aloe that I need or want, it is convenient and quick.

Needed a double sided key copied for a lock. Greg was able to find a key blank that worked and get one produced. Really appreciate the help.

I had a project to change out my shower valve. But i had done some damage and didnt want to call a professional. I ended up at this store speaking with Greg, store manager, that helped me with an ideal to get the old part out. He pointing me in the right direction. Sure enough the plan worked. Just know that i was at Homedepot and Lowes prior and they were no help.
