It’s extremely customer service oriented. They’re personable people who care. That’s all you can ask for in today’s society.

Gotta love every time you go there guaranteed there are 2 in the back completely aware of the 1 younger girl always alone up front needs help and they never assist. Always a line, and always someone with a problem, yet the 2 in the back never assist! Wish some common curtesy would be displayed, that way the younger girl up front isn't the only one having to make the excuses because they are too lazy!

I switched to this pharmacy after being loyal to walgreens for over a decade (see my review for the one off 3111 w hunt hwy). This is hands down THE BEST STAFF i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They go out of their way to accommodate you! I just got here near closing and they were able to remain open to fill for me. It was imperative I fill my script or i would have ran out of my previous one. This is just one of times they went out of their way! This pharmacy staff is what every other pharmacy should aspire to be like. They are courteous, kind & understanding on a level you seldom see ANYWHERE these days! Thank you so much!

I am unable to participate in the survey as suggested; but I have to advise that the pharmacist was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to interact with, professional. Thank you.

Leave ONE clerk in charge of the self-checkout registers and open TWO OR MORE actual checkout lines. Having only ONE line open is ridiculous, especially when an old man picked up the wrong kind of oreos so we all have to wait while a clerk runs to get him the right kind. The self-checkout machines often have issues. If they were so great, you wouldn't need 2 or 3 clerks attending to them while the regular checkout offers only one line. Kinda defeats their purpose. I avoid shopping there now even though it's so close to my house. It's just not worth the frustration, plus your products are more expensive than the same ones at Frys.

Boy, do I LOVE a you guys! We switched over to Albertsons after being loyal shoppers of another grocer. We utilize curbside shopping frequently, and I couldn't be happier with the friendly staff and your stock of all items! It's Christmas Eve, and all I've heard other (not as intelligent) shoppers (who shop at THAT OTHER store) say is that they are out of everything and have huge long lines. Thank you, Albertsons, for making this day stress-free and for your excellent customer service! We are customers for life!

This actually in reference to the young lady with glasses that works at the Starbucks inside. Great service, she acknowledged me while helping someone else which most places dont do. As well as she made my drink the way I like it without asking which again most Starbucks dont do. Thank You!

My mother recently moved away from the Chandler area to Seattle, and was requiring assistance with transfer of medications. The pharmacist, Bob, kindly went through multiple hassles in order to help out my mother, despite him not receiving any business from her due to the type of transfer. He went out of his way and didn't even get any compensation for it. He went above and beyond because what he saw was a patient in need, not a potential customer!
