My wife went to the pharmacy at 4060 W. Ray Rd. and went to pay for the prescription. My deductable has been meet and every pharmacy I have used since August of this year has not charge for my prescription. The pharmacist at this store was rude and would not run it through to check. He charged us for the Rx. I checked with my insurance later that evening and my payment should of been 0.00. I will transfer my Rx to some other pharmacy. Would not recommend this place. I would not even give this palce a 1 but your have to give them some kind of rating.

This location is convenient. I have other grocery stores that are closer to me but I like coming here for its customer service, store cleanliness, and wide selection of products. The produce/goods and flowers are always fresh.

Being so close to this location is amazing.. in for 5 minutes, out in 5 minutes! Everyone here is very helpful and is willing to assist. It is Albertsons so expect to pay a little more, but I prefer their meats and fresh selection of produce.. Ever curious? Give them a honest chance and you will not regret the experience .

My husband and I recently needed forms filled out and signed by the pharmacy. We kept making mistakes on the online forms. Our pharmacist, Danish, was very patient with us and made absolutely sure that everything was exactly correct before we left the pharmacy. That kind of attention to detail is very much appreciated. We highly recommend this pharmacy.

I really love this store but they were out of almost everything that was on sale. There has been no replenishment of anything, but I'm sure that because people are out sick due to the pandemic. Lu was extremely warm and friendly. She was just amazing for Being as helpful as she possibly could with the limited staff and product supply.!

Just finished shopping. LU was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible. Sad they would have somebody like this working here.

I am certainly not going to complain when I can buy 4 cans of progresso soup for $1.08, but I do wish that it would have included more choices for that price. The ones that were on sale a can contain 66% of a person's daily amount of sodium. That is extremely high for a person who needs to watch their salt intake like I do ... especially when progresso makes low sodium variations

What happened to the handicapped mobility scooters? They used to have two scooters to shop with, but today they have none. I hope this doesn't last long, because I would rather shop here. The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is very clean.

This store hands down has the best customer service than any other grocery store I've been to, including all the major chains, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods whatever. I haven't had a problem with any groceries but every time I need to ask a question one of their employees is always nearby and willing to help. Everyone has always been friendly and you don't get the impression that you're bugging them when you have a question. From the people at the front dealing with carts to the specialty departments to the friendly guy who's always mopping up the aisles. It's a good example of a motivated staff and management. To be honest I wasn't always a fan of Albertsons because I thought their produce or meat wasn't the freshest, but everything ive gotten here has been fresh. Definately my neighborhood store

Albertsons operations department is very rude and impolite. Their pick up & delivery service is trash. They need to find a better way of operating their s*** show at pick up & delivery. Also Please have manners for the person delivering your customers groceries, even with a third party. DO NOT USE THE PICK UP & DELIVERY THIRD PARTY SERVICE WITH ALBERTSONS. They absolutely give you a hard time.

Other than having to endure the deli guy complain about President Biden raising minimum wage, shopping here was a pleasant experience. (Just a word of advice, not everyone shares the same political view points. Please spare your customers and refrain from spreading Trump rhetoric while working. Much appreciated). This store is definitely one of the cleanest and does a very good job with COVID sanitation.

As far as grocery stores go, I'm usually a Fry's gal... but where I live now, this Albertson's is across the street and it's kind of my go-to. The prices at Albertson's are higher than Fry's, and it's basically the same company as a Safeway. I will never appreciate the higher prices at Albertson's and Safeway... There's just no reason for there to be that big a discrepancy between establishments, but it is what it is. I'm careful to clip my electronic and manufacturers coupons these days (knowing that prices here are higher). Selection at this location is decent, and all the things I need are usually in stock. I think the only thing I've ever had trouble finding at this location is fresh basil. There's never any fresh basil for some reason. The 4 stars I'm awarding this establishment is owed entirely to the people that work here. Robert and Cameron from the deli counter, for instance, hooked me up with a fresh rotisserie chicken the other day. I was going to pick up one that was under the heaters when Robert let me know if I waited 5 minutes, I could get a fresh chickie. Thanks guys! I've also received great service from everyone at the Meat counter. If I want the skin cut off the salmon I'm buying, not a problem. If I want thin slices of meat to make beef jerky, they've got me. If I need a 4lb chunk of beef and can't find one in the refrigerated area, I can count on the butcher to HOOK. IT UP. The cashiers always seem a bit morose, I think they've been through a lot, and it's probably one of the most tedious and least desired roles in the grocery store. I don't blame any of them for not constantly feigning joy at pushing items down a converter belt and doling out rain checks for elderly people who don't know that rain checks are a thing of the past that hold up the line. They are pleasant enough and just trying to make it through the day without any Karen's getting in their face, I get it. And if any managers happen to read this review and think that it means they need to tell the cashiers to smile more or be more "upbeat", please don't. Just don't. They're fine. If anything, take it as a tip that the cashiers all deserve raises. That cheers people up pretty good ;) Anyway, do ya thang checkout workers.... and thanks for putting up with people all day, every day. Everything is really clean in this store, moreso now that there is a pandemic. I've never had to use the facilities in this grocery store (or any other) and, god willing, I never will... so I can't speak to the cleanliness of their bathrooms or anything. I can say that the aisles are always clean, from floor to shelves and displays. There's typically a member of the staff pushing a broom around, too. When the pandemic started up, the management kicked into action pretty quickly to meet demands and also keep the employees and the community healthy and safe. Thank you for that GM's, Manager(s), and Supervisors. I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am to all the people who went into work everyday at this location, despite ungrateful masses of disrespectful and greedy people swiping food and supplies off the shelves without regard for the staff or their fellow human beings. Y'all grocery store workers are real heroes. I can never thank the staff enough for what they've done, and continue to do, to keep our community supplied with groceries throughout this hellish year. The pickup and go service has been fantastic too. I think I'll want to use that service even after the crisis has ended. Thank you to everyone at Albertsons, I appreciate all of you.

A friend recommended going to Albertsons after I had complained about how crazy busy other grocery stores get. I'm pleasantly surprised by how great Albertsons is! The staff is super friendly, the store is clean and well-organized, and the prices are pretty good. This grocery store has definitely become my "go-to" store now!

All I'm going to say is the American perceived entitlement is never more clear than when I read these reviews. These people should be ashamed. As a combat veteran I see these complaints and literally laugh out loud. Do you realize how spoiled you sound? I only pray foreign folks don't get a chance to see this, because it really does look weak. Get a life people, this is a grocery store, not your local Burger King. Can't always have it YOUR way! Please mail all hurt feelings reports to your local congressmen!
