Everyone is incredibly helpful, kind and super talkative. The self check out, hot foods, customer service etc...everyone has always been super efficient and supportive of any and all needs. I would just like to add the prices are super expensive which is why I don't shop at Albertsons a lot and if I do it's very limited. However, I do go inside the store atleast once a week. I have seen a lot of customers complain about ridiculous things and the staff always treats everyone with respect.

Albertson’s is starting to cram Lucerne products down your throat, limiting brand names. Shelves weren’t very well stocked lately, and produce is sad.

I walked in at 9pm because I was out of Coffee. Only thing open was self checkout of course.
I grab 1 bag of coffee and scan it.
$12.99. I don’t see the prompt to enter my phone number to get the discount.
I call the lady over.
Me: where do I enter my number to get the discount.
Cashier: normally you enter it right here but the button is not there.
Me: what do I do? There was a yellow sticker that said $6.79 for the bag.
Cashier: oh you need the app to get that discount.
Me: I don’t have the app.
Cashier: Sorry
I set the bag down in front of her and drove to Fry’s.
Got to Fry’s and the regular price was $9.99 for the same exact bag of coffee!!!
I entered my # and it gave me two more bucks off for $7.99 out the door.
Been shopping her for a decade. This place is too expensive.

Store def was clean. Bakery ladies extremely helpful.
Don’t ask the man early in morning help for meats or locating things.
If only one register open def go to self check out. Mason was my cashier and rude beyond rude. The lady prior to me was on her Bluetooth he told her don’t rush him mind you she’s on the phone.
When he got me I had all the groceries separated. As he was bagging I asked can you not bag the cheese with the raw chicken. Lawd you would’ve thought I cussed him out from there his attitude was in full force. Like brah you work in a store common sense you don’t bag them together but whatever.
As the transaction continued and some of the sales didn’t take he was annoyed he had to ask for help. Annoyed he had to get an override, complained the whole time. Now the younger me would’ve been like f this leave all the groceries bagged or not there and had them voided the transactions and went to another store.
So instead I paid told him he needs another job cause clearly customer service is not for him and politely left. Out of all locations of Albertsons I go this due to the customer service or lack of this will be last time I go to that location.

We ordered a cake for our daughter's 18th birthday... only told them to make it with "wildflowers." Carter did an AMAZING job!! It is absolutely beautiful! THANK YOU CARTER!!
