Have been trying to call in and get ahold of someone since they opened (based off of google maps @10am and no answer… I’ve been going to Aldo since I was little but would love to be able to get in touch since I live so far away before making my trip to the store.

Wow!! What an amazing experience at this location. A wonderful & handsome fellow named Zach was just amazing!! I’m in awe on his knowledge in fashion and color coordinating! Someone give Zach a raise!! Let’s not forget the fact that he was up to date on all fashion seasons. It’s hard to find people who are this up to date on fashion. Also top tier customer service. If you need some advice and honesty on how an outfit and shoes should be, just go to Zach!!!

At roughly 9:30PM on December 23rd 2024 my daughter and I walked into this store looking for some shoes for her holiday outfit. We immediately fell in love with these red heels and my daughter asked the sales associate,Zack, at the counter if they had a 7 or 7.5. He without looking up said “sorry no”. He said they had a 6.5 so my daughter said okay I’ll try those on. My daughter sat down and was patiently waiting then a few minutes go by and Zack is still at the counter not going to the back to get the 6.5. I then ask my daughter what size shoe was the display shoe but we could not read the size on the shoe so we asked the sales associate and he told us that was the 6.5. So my daughter tried the display shoe on but of course it did not fit. I then asked the Zack if maybe another store had them, he glanced at his phone and said “sorry no”. Due to his lack of helpfulness I decided to look online and see what stores had the 7.5 in the shoe we were looking for, and low and behold the exact store we were in said they had the 7.5 in stock! I told the sales associate Zack that there counts must be off because their online website says they did have it in stock, He glances up and says “oh, sorry” and goes back to looking at his phone. I tell my daughter let’s go and we leave. The next morning I take my daughter back to this store 30 minutes after opening and Jade is able to find the exact size7.5 in the exact shoe my daughter was looking for. I ask her if they received a shipment overnight since we were the one of the last customers to leave last night and one of the first customers to arrive this morning she responded with “no”. I dont know why Zack did not want to help us and decided to lie to us but it really is upsetting to know there are people out there like Zack.

This location rarely ever opens up on time, and always closes early. If you want to shop here it’s best to come 15-30 minutes after the store “opens”, and at least a hour and a half before the mall “closes”.
