Pretty solid experience. Deals were good. I've never heard of Aldos before but was satisfied with what I purchased. Lady greeted me and helped me very promptly. Seems like some people in reviews were knocking them for that. That wasn't my experience. Will probably come back again. Saw some high tops there and dress shoes that looked pretty nice.

Wow!! Just wow !!! Walked in with the intent to purchase 3 pairs of men’s dress shoes tonight for big events. We walked away with nothing because the 2 girls that were working on the evening of 5/6 ignored us. When I asked for help they seemed annoyed. They were too busy gossiping and on their phones. To the owner…. Get rid of them there making you lose business. Will not be back nor would I recommend.

I want to give a big thanks to Saul for helping me find the perfect heels for my birthday celebration! His customer service was on point! He came over & gave me a couple of options to go with my dress & he always took the time to listen & deliver exactly what I wanted! Aldo you are lucky to have that young man he’s a sweetheart! Blessing to your future Saul.

Just terrible. Never acknowledged me as even being in the store. After begging for attention, I asked for 3 different pairs of shoes and all 3 only had size 8 in stock. I'm not even sure the associate looked for them to be honest. Probably walked back, looked at her phone then came back and told me they didn't have my size. Why even pay to have a store front? Not only did I not get a pair of shoes, now I feel despondent. How in the world are brick and mortor retail places like this ever going to survive?

Very unfriendly staff and extremely unprofessional manager Damaris who instead of helping did nothing but argue. In the end all she needed was to be patient with me so I could find the receipt instead she argued. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Go to a different Aldo :)

Wouldn’t give even a single star for everything.First of all the people who work here for the store do not greet customers. They are so Rude & Mean. God, why have they been even hired at this store to run away the customers. I would never recommend anyone to go to THIS AlDO stores, there are other ALDO’s in the Valley.Second of all is the Quality & Stock: both have got lowest points. They lie to customers right on their face.Multiple shoes are already damaged which they try to sell you and would never take it back in Return.I highly Not recommend this to anyone. My name is Nicol Valenzuela. My husband and I went today December,13 2021 around 3:40pm.I received a bag as a gift which I didn’t have the receipt for. I approached one of the girls and asked if I could do an exchange without a receipt since there were some tennis shoes I liked. she was super nice and told me I could. I stayed looking for other items at the store and once I was done I went up to the register and asked a different lady to help me . She asked me where mg receipt was and I explained to her everything I had said to the prior lady. She said I couldn’t do that so I told her the other lady said I could.She asked the lady if it was truth she said yes so she said “HOW DO I KNOW SHE BROUGHT IT ? The lady said “ because she walked in with it ?? “ So I told her you can check the cameras and she said “ it’s not about it.” So can someone explain to me what was it about ??? If I was told I couldn’t do the Return because of a missing receipt I would have understood. I own a business and I know every store has different rules and i respect it .. but I don’t think her mistreating me ,being rude, unprofessional and implying I could have stole it was necessary .There were only 2 ladies working . Not about race at all . The lady with all the issues was the afro American one ( only mention this so the person reading this can identify the employee)Anyways I loved my shoes and I have been shopping here for 10+ years

Romeo, the store manager, is the worst salesperson you will ever encounter. He doesn't know how to resolve any concerns of the customers. If you ask him more questions he will call the security on you. I will never visit that store ever again.
