I’ve had lash lifts before and both sides always look so good after. I went today and only one side looks lifted, and even that side is really only lifted on the end. The tech said that it’s because one side is fuller than the other but I have never had this issue before. I think it was the not done well or the wrong size rod was used. I also have never not had my lashes cleaned prior to the lift to remove oil. She didn’t and said she only needs to clean it if I had on makeup. Very disappointed with the results.
Update: I called after receiving response to review and was offered a refund. The lady I spoke to was very kind and seemed to care about noting what went wrong so it can be addressed.

Had my lashes done by Kelly and they look fabulous. She works so gently I think I fell asleep for a bit.

I cannot recommend Kelly enough! She does an amazing job every single time. My lashes always come out flawless and she’s fast without ever sacrificing quality. I leave every appointment looking fabulous and in a better mood than when I came in. If you’re looking for someone who’s talented, efficient, and fun to be around, she’s the one!

I always look forward to my Lash appointments. Tech Courtney is very pleasant. She's a great conversationalist. I leave relaxed. The studio is clean and you are always welcomed by a friendly receptionist.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’ve seen just about every technician at this location. Courtney is by far my favorite! I’m super picky when it comes to my lashes and she does them perfectly. The shape is spot on every time and I never have that itchy feeling as they grow out. If you ever come to this location ask for Courtney and thank me later!!

This studio has some of the best customer service I have ever seen! My wife came in for some lashes, and didn't get what she wanted exactly. The young lady at the front, along with Rena, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right by her!
I can't say enough how impressed I am with the staff here, and would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation

Amazing Lash Studio? They nailed the name. It really is amazing! The staff are pros, super kind, and always genuinely happy to see you. Aundrea, my stylist, is just the best – she does incredible work. I absolutely love coming here!

Today was my first time there, received a lash lift and tint. I was disappointed. One side was beautiful but the other side not so much curly. The lashes on the side of my eyes are still straight and not curly.

I had come to get my lashes done and unfortunately had some bad fall out as they were testing a new glue, however the ladies here at amazing lash were so kind and so helpful in getting them fixed. They are absolutely perfect now and I’m so so grateful and amazed at the service and the customer support here :)

I came in for the first time about two weeks ago, and got a full set of wispy, hybrid lashes. They used an oil remover to take off the few lashes I still had on, it immediately got into my eyes and started burning. It was extremely painful, and i was unable to open my eyes due to the overwhelming pain. The woman doing my lashes didn't apologize once nor did she warn me or tell me to close my eyes tighter before applying it. The lashes were shorter and thinner than I had asked for. My left eye was bloodshot and unable to focus for 2 days after my appointment. After talking to two other lash techs I was informed the oil based removers are extremely harsh and dangerous to use if used improperly. Turns out i got chemical burn in my left eye. I am typically not the type of person to write negative reviews or say anything but i was pushed to write this by family n friends in hopes of warning others. I never went in while it was red because i wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. But after finding out it was a chemical burn the other day i thought it was the right thing to do. I don't have pictures either due to the fact that i never intended on speaking up.

Today, I had an emergency, I needed my eyelashes and glue removed. I had an allergic reaction to my lash technician’s glue. They immediately took me in and removed the lashes and glue. The doctor had prescribe me an antibotic but it was not going to work if I still had the glue on my eyes. Amazing Lash Studio book me an appointment right way. My eyes feels so
much better. My eyes were really red and my eyelids very swollen. The lady at the front desk and the Master Eye Lash specialist were so kind and showed a lot of empathy. The Master Eyelash person knew what to do. I did not even feel her removing the eyelash and glue. I really have to give a BIG SHOUT out to the lady who was working the desk and the MASTER EYELASH Specialists. Thank you for your empathy and professionalism, it goes a long way. They also said as I was walking out the door, that they were going to follow up with me. I was shocked. I usually do not do reviews but I had to do one today. My appointment was on 6-12-24. !!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went here just wanting my lashes done before I went to an event I had and the membership was pushed and pushed on me over and over after I said no several times. I got my lashes done and immediately had lots of fall out to the point where one eye was completely and noticeably different than the other. even though I washed my lashes twice a day with amazing lash studios cleanser and did everything they told me to do. they did offer me a complimentary service that I came in for 2 or 3 separate times in hopes it would be done right this time. the last time I came in was a week ago and ALL OF MY LASHES have fallen off. They will not let me out of my membership or offer me a refund. All they can offer me is a discounted service. It's so frustrating because I don't feel I should pay $175 for a service that was never done right. I am a student at an esthetician school and I had my teacher look at my lashes and she said they were some of the worst she's seen. do not sign up for their membership Or get any services from them.
