I’ve had my belongings stored at American Mini Storage for about six months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The management is absolutely fantastic—helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about the safety and security of every unit.
The on-site staff, especially the lady who manages the property, truly goes above and beyond for every customer. Unlike other storage facilities, she actively monitors the premises to ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed on-site. This adds a strong sense of security and peace of mind that my items are well protected.
The facility is very secure, and I’ve never had to worry about the safety of my things. Plus, they don’t constantly raise the rent like so many other places do. If you’re looking for a secure, well-managed, and fair storage facility, this is the place to be!

I've been at this storage for just a few months. I've always had great service and
Pam explained an amazing coupon for if you refer anyone, we get a $25 credit. I had no idea that even existed! My niece rented yesterday and Pam applied the credit for both of us immediately. Super cool! Thanks pam!

I have rented here several times, because they always are friendly and easy to work with. This last time I was not expecting to store things but my move fell through. I already had a small unit here, but now I needing a large one. Pam jumped in and helped me with a large unit. As we were moving in I realized I own much more than I need. Once again Pam took the incentive to get me a unit adjacent to the one I just rented and she gave me a nice discount to make it easier on me because this may be a longer rental.
She seems to have a good solution whenever you need a hand.

I’ve never needed a storage unit, but this last move I did. Pam was SUPER helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond, she had all the answers I needed & the unit was super affordable. Pam and Wayne really know how to make a storage unit facility feel welcoming. When pricing comes along they explain it very well as to what and why. If I was to pick any storage unit I’ll pick this one any day.

Pam is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I called to inform about a billing mistake. Not only was she not helpful, she was mad that I brought up the mistake. Heaven forbid you take responsibility or listen to the customer. This is no way to do business. A simple phone call left me wondering if they are pulling a scam by saying credit cards are expired when they are not!! Is this your way of taking innocent customers storage units away for not paying?? Highly suspicious behavior.

Had the best experience at this American Mini Storage! Won a storage auction that was here, such a nice facility! The manager Pam was outstanding! So kind and helpful! Hope to do more business there soon.

Manager was very concerned about the 26' uHaul we had.
I carefully drove through without an issue.
Secure, well-maintained facility.
Though the latch on this unit was particularly difficult to open.
We cleaned it out and swept up in 20 minutes and were on our way.

Great people who run it. Have a good security system. I've had items in this facility off and on since 2002. Tried others but always come back when they have an opening.
