The Middle Eastern Clerk who was working tonight is extremely rude and unprofessional! I was using the atm machine when I noticed someone standing behind me lurking. So I turned sideways to keep an eye on him because it seemed that he was trying to steal my debit information. I noticed that it was Alam the pm clerk. He stood there behind me peering over my shoulder as I completed my transaction. A line formed of about 10 people. As I was walking out I noticed that he had placed a mop in front of me without saying anything and inl almpst tripped! When I walked out he screamed at me from the top of his Lungs telling me not walk on his mopped floor I told him that that was very unprofessional and he should have said something instead of standing behind me starring at my banking info! And he continued to yell so i got his name and his Manger Ingi and let him know that I would be filing a complaint! They both need to be Fired! Beware here it's dangerous!

Be careful - this place advertises the lowest gas prices, but on the pump I used, it defaulted to the premium gas price, which was $4.79 instead of $3.89. Even though I selected the button with the lowest price, the pump stayed at the higher price. When I spoke with the attendant, he was not helpful or polite. The lower price was available on other pumps. I would recommend being careful that you don't accidentally get overcharged with a potential bait-and-switch scenario.

Ordered a gas card as a gift, the gift card didn't load so they said I needed to run my debit card again the transaction was canceled. Found out I was in fact double charged but no one can help refund in a timely fashion even when you take in all documents. Very poor customer service. If they can discharge you, they should also be able to correct the mistake in a timely fashion when you have supporting documents.

Ashamed to admit it took me two years worth of weekly visits to this AM/PM store, on the SW corner of AZ ave n Chandler Heights Blvd in Chandler, before the other day, where it became crystal clear they could care less or not that I choose to spend my money there. There are certain male clerks there that act as if you’re bothering them when you go to check out. They’re almost always on the phone, they never greet u with a smile or a hello, don’t even bother to look at you. Pathetic customer service. Never again!! The female clerks vary from being lukewarm to nice, all tolerable. It’s true, a few bad apples can ruin the whole cart. Save yourself the angst n go somewhere else.

This store that's on the SW corner of AZ ave n Chandler Heights Blvd in Chandler has the worst customer service I've ever experienced n I'm sad to say it took me over 2 years to finally realize certain male clerks there do not care to make ur shopping experience a pleasurable one. They never greet u when u walk in (I can get over that), are constantly on their phones speaking a foreign language to someone on the other end (again I'll get over it) never saying one word to you while ringing up your order nor looking at you while doing it. Yesterday's experience broke this camel's back n I'll never gas up, shop inside or get my car washed there again. As I placed my hamburger n soda on the counter to pay, the clerk who was on the phone put it aside so he could make a throaty guttural noise which sounded like he was hacking up a spitball before ringing me up. I walked out an threw my hamburger away. I'll be going in later today to convey this story to store's management. Doubt he'll give a . Most of the female clerks that work there are nice. It's true, a couple of bad apples can ruin the whole cart!

This has to be one of the worst run businesses in the Chandler area. I’ve lived in this area for 25 years and ever since this place opened the customer service has been subpar, the owner, extremely rude, and the car wash always broken with no urgency to fix it. The cashiers don’t smile and even have attitudes when you’re trying to purchase items. I often wonder if they like their job and if the owner likes to make money because it doesn’t look like it.

Be careful of this gas station and how much they're charging. The sign outside states that if you pay cash it's 30 cents less. I went inside to verify that but the cost at the pump was more. I told the employees about the discrepancy but they didn't care and stated that it was the same price regardless of you paying cash, credit or debit. I told them that the sign outside was extremely misleading and they should change it. They didn't care.

I was trying to get propane and the employee could not hang up his cell phone call to come outside. He finally came outside but continued his call on speaker. Then could not come back inside to ring me up because still on personal call. I will never go back

In and out!!! Pumps could use a wipe down but overall got gas and was on my way!!! Sanitizing stations need addressing newer pumps as well.

Slow, dirty, crowded and they charge you for using a card when making purchases. There is no reason to go here.
