I was in the middle of a long road trip from California to Denver when my iphone's battery suddenly wasn't holding a charge anymore. I was able to make a quick repair appointment here and got my battery replaced within an hour and for a fair price. They saved me from being without my phone that I needed to keep in touch with family and for maps. Thank you.

A horrible customer experience, totally incompetent staff. I ordered a new phone by phone, booked a pickup for 10:30-10:45AM was instructed to come either in that time slot or later; came 40 min later and they said I had to wait for an email confirmation. I waited another 30 min; nothing. Asked for a store manager who had to call Apple. I had to waited again and after another 20 min finally got an email confirmation. In summary, I paid $1700 online, came just to pick up a box with the phone, and you ruined my Saturday agenda by forcing me to wait alomst 2h!!!. I don't care whos fault it was, you did nothing to fix it.

Won’t work you in at Genius Bar. Not great but maybe other parts of the store are fine?

Horrible customer service! The management and the “Genius Bar” associate lack respect and decorum for me the customer but my complaint is mostly toward the “Genius Bar” associate ! It was so bad I had to contact apple corporate and made sure my complaint was recorded! I was humiliated, disrespected and traumatized ; enough to never go back to this apple location also give Samsung or google products another try! Tim Cook should know this store location needs to be reviewed and look at all the 1 star reviews!

I decided to come in on the iPhone 17/Air launch day...I know, I know - what was I thinking?? What I was thinking was that I wasn't there for a new phone. I was there for the new Apple Airpod Pros. 3!! The place was packed, but I was able to find someone who told me to sit tight and then he would be with me. I waited for about 5 minutes and then he took my information down and said that they would bring my order out. About 5 to 10 minutes later someone came out with my order in a nice custom Apple bag and I was on my way. The AAP3 are legit with noise cancelling at about 40% better than AAP2. Thank you Apple!!

Formal Complaint – Poor Service Experience at Apple Chandler Mall
Dear Apple Customer Relations,
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the service my family and I received at the Apple Store in Chandler Mall, Chandler, Arizona, on September 22, 2025.
On 9/21, my husband, son, and I visited the store in the evening, but it was so disorganized and chaotic that we decided to leave. The next morning, my husband ordered apple iphone 17 pro and pro max (spending approximately $2,000–$2,500) and scheduled an appointment for 6:00 PM on 9/22. During that process, he requested assistance with phone transfers and noted that we would be turning in our old devices.
We arrived early for our appointment and were told to wait until about 6:15, which was reasonable. However, from that point forward, the experience deteriorated. We were moved multiple times by employees, and because there was no designated desk or counter for customers who had already purchased and only needed service, we were told to stand by display tables. This meant we were constantly bumped into or crowded by both employees and other customers who were browsing and pulling on the devices. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and frustrating.
Our assigned sales associate, Sam, repeatedly started and stopped with us, asking the same questions over and over because he was too busy helping other customers at the same time. Although he was polite, he failed to complete the tasks we needed: activating our new phones, deactivating our old ones, linking our watches, and ensuring a proper transfer. After two hours of waiting and repeatedly asking him to finish, we left the store around 8 PM feeling frustrated and unimportant.
When we arrived home, both my husband’s phone and my phone were stuck on SOS mode. Exhausted but with no working phones, we drove all the way back to the Apple Store at 8:45 PM. When I explained the issue to Sam, he pointed us to the Verizon store across the way instead of resolving it. At Verizon, we learned this was a common problem because Apple staff were sending customers there for issues that should have been handled in-store. By then, Verizon was closing and advised us to visit a corporate store the next day.
As a result, we went the entire night and next morning without working phones. Thankfully, a Verizon employee named Adrian quickly and kindly resolved the issue the next day in only 5 minutes—something that should have been done correctly by Apple in the first place.
To make matters worse, I later noticed that I am now missing a few hundred photos that were very sentimental to me, including my son’s birthday and sports events. As a mother and side photographer, those photos were priceless memories that cannot be replaced.
This entire experience was unacceptable. We spent significant money with Apple and deserved much better treatment. Being dismissed, shuffled around, left standing in crowded areas, losing irreplaceable photos, and leaving without working devices—especially with a child and busy schedules as community-serving professionals—was frustrating and disrespectful.
What I request:
That this complaint is shared with employee Sam so he understands the seriousness of how poorly we were treated.
A gesture of goodwill, such as an Apple gift card, to acknowledge the amount we spent and the hardship we endured due to the lack of proper service.
We hope Apple will take this complaint seriously so future customers do not have to go through what we experienced.
As of today we now have received an email saying that one of our devices was NOT turned in even though we turned it in on 9/22 so now we are having to deal with that mess.

I went to this store to purchase a computer. After waiting 15 min, went up to a staff member to ask if I could have someone come over to help me. She let me know that there would be a specialist who would come over and help after another customer. I waited another 15 min with no one coming up to ask if I needed help. I saw another customer come in and start looking at Mac books and within 2 min, a member came over, greeted him and starting talking about the different options. Terrible customer service - I left and will not be coming back. You’re better off just purchasing one from BestBuy or Amazon.

I just purchased an Apple Watch, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Such a seamless experience and Adam was AMAZING! It was only his third day out on the floor. He was so sweet and helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Apple. MAJOR shoutout to him! 👏🏻

The gentleman was able to solve my problem in about 1 minute - great experience! Verizon was not able to help :-( It's working now. A quick shout-out to the man that helped me - so sorry, didn't catch his name, but he was slightly taller (about 6') and somewhat dark-skinned. Got home and it continues to work. Thanks again!

I went to the Apple Store in Chandler Mall today to check if they had the new iPhone 17 on display. I couldn’t find any, so I asked one of the employees when they would be available. Instead of being helpful, she was very rude and snapped at me, saying “next week,” before immediately turning her back and walking away. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service was really disappointing. For a brand like Apple, I expected better.
