John was amazing! He answered all my questions and was very friendly. He also took the extra time to throughly look at my old phone. That being said this location was absolutely awful. They were seriously understaffed. It took almost an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I expected more from apple.

Everyone we talked to at big data recovery places wasn't able to solve our mysterious problem and get our files back, but Ryan was incredibly thorough in the conversation and suggested we look into Time Machine snapshot. Later when working with folks to fix it - his suggestion did turn out to be the answer. If he hadn't suggested that today we wouldn't have known to look there and all our data would have been lost. Thank you Ryan! Such helpful Genius Bar employees at this location.

I can't say enough great things about the Tech team here. Specifically, I dealt with Rick for my issue.My computer had to be sent out for repair and I was initially told to expect a 5-7 day turn around. More than 3 weeks later, I still had no update on the status of my repair other than it had been received and there was no expected return date. It t was a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone from mainstream Apple - I asked to speak to a customer representative and was denied multiple times and after speaking to their general repair department I was told that it was a "store level issue" despite the fact that my computer had been sent out and was no longer in the hands of the Chandler store.Rick was so helpful and went out of his way to try to get information on my computer, to try to escalate the timeline of the repair, and to ultimately find a solution for me. Despite the difficulties I experienced with my computer and Apple as a whole, Rick and team at Chandler Fashion Center were a redeeming grace on behalf of Apple and I am truly appreciative.

Anyone who has an Apple Watch BEWARE. It burned my daughter’s wrist 6 weeks ago and the Chandler store did absolutely nothing!! I have been ping ponged thru the customer service trying to convince me it’s a skin irritation. Why buy AppleCare?! We want a new watch. They claim there over the computer diagnostic shows no issues, how about you take it apart and see! Horrible and won’t got back!!

Walked in and made an appt. 45 min wait on a Friday around 230pm. Took 3 hrs to get a warranty repair with apple care on a shattered back side and Pd $99. Had a great time at BWW waiting for my phone to be repaired. Staff was great and kept checking on me while I was in the store looking around and then again while I was setting up my new phone.

So far my experience with this store has been good. Depending on the volume of customers you may have to wait a couple of minutes. The transactions are very fast if you already know what you need to buy. Customer services has not disappointed and very friendly.

I went in to have my iWatch unlocked, (I didn’t get the gentlemen name that checked me in before I left, very professional).Valeria and Ryan also very professional as the worked with me and getting my iWatch connected to my phone. But, Jade had a bad attitude when she came back from her break saying, ‘you’re still here?’ As if my watch and phone can connect in a hour. Shame on you Jade ?

Hit and miss. I personally had a great experience mid-week. I then went with a friend for his phone replacement 5 days later... The manager made sure he knew walk-ins weren't their preferred customers, but made him an appointment anyway (missed positive customer service opportunity). As we waited I listened to another employee continually talk down to a couple with a Mac Book problem. Our person came out chastised my friend for having a smashed phone and then quizzed him about another time he had the phone in 6 months prior despite obviously knowing why it was in on that visit... Who cares??? That's what Apple Care+ is for. She then gave misinformation on the replacement 4 times throughout the visit making the process seem more inconvenient than it is. In the parking lot my friend told me I was more helpful than the employee. Got some good apples (pun intended) at this location and some on a power trip. A little more reassurance for owning Apple products, a lot less looking down your nose to those who are there for your help please.
